Completely derails the the program when a system update takes place. So, when you have multiple computers that need to get reconfigured after an update, it's extremely difficult to make that happen.

The subscription model was added after we purchased a licensed version. It created a lot of frustration in our IT department.

The vast feature set is the best part of this software. The granularity in the amount of information you can capture is impressive.

BTW, they have to call you back for support, It hasn't been convenient to continue on to a 5th tech. We have used the old version spectorsoft for years, hate the new one.

Tech support is helpful. Users can be created to allow limited access to browse the collected data, for example to let managers review their assigned employees.

It is the perfect solution for a testing center. We can very easily determine if a student deviated from their testing requirements and did not follow instructions.

Installing Veriato and the agent is straight forward and easy. Being able to capture the user activity on an endpoint during an investigation is vital for an company.

No real cons with the software itself. It does require some specific Log on as a Service users in GPO that can be a problem during the install.

Filevine was by far the most superior out of all of the choices. I am very pleased with the Filevine.

Overall experience with Filevine has been amazing. Everyone in the office seems to love it and it works very smoothly with what we use it for.

Lack of guidance on how to use. Glitches sometimes as well.

Overall I am very happy with Filevine, it is very easy to use and everything is pretty self-explanatory it does not require much additional training once it is built to your liking.

Simply things like being able to text from the software is a huge help and lastly the interface is amazing.

I like the way this softwares allows you to pull reports to your liking and allows you to cutimize the reports. I am a big fan of the mobile app.

The worst part is the total lack of customer service. It might as well not exist.

Once you figure out how to best use Filevine for your particular business I feel this to be a great case management product.

It seemed like a highly customized and intuitive interface. I wanted to be able to ditch a server and have an integrated practice management system, and one I could use through the web.

Customization Options are great, but the Customer Survey is the best I have ever dealt with in my long career with a variety of systems.

The fax integration feature is fantastic. It is a great way to organize and work your file and keeps all team members updated on the file status and tasks completed and done.

ALTHOUGH THEY ARE VERY NICE, THEY DO NOT NEARLY HAVE ENOUGH STAFF.

File Vine is  a very top notch friendly group of professionals who go above and beyond and very happy to help their clients succeed. Very hands on with training, onboarding and 24/7 support.

A ton of feature and you can make anything you want out of it. You have to invest a lot of time into building it out.

So in addition to wasting all the money we spent on training, we wasted a full day of work.
