  • Pros

  • It has integrations with Slack and email, which helps a lot in notification and resolving incidents collaboratively. The mobile version is a great help as well.
  • The ability to auto-resolve issues on PagerDuty when the monitors become healthy increases my productivity (especially when I want to go back to sleep, haha!).
  • Very fast and reliable notifications. The mobile app is great to use for acknowledging and resolving pages.
  • Cons

  • But this is more of a problem of our requirements rather than a limitation of the software.
  • No audit logs to see who made changes and what the changes are. Lack of features in the PagerDuty slack plug-in as compared to other alternatives such as OpsGenie.
  • Some menus are confusing and options are sometimes hard to find.

  • We are able to troubleshoot our clients issues instantly which helps keep costs down and clients very happy. This is a very affordable product with great flexibility and power to aid in IT operations.
  • Amazing!!! From the technology, to the technical support, all the way to their Account Management has been superb. Constant contact with my rep makes me feel like Pulseway us part od my extended team.
  • Ease of installation and ability to get up to speed with agents and advanced features. The mobile App is simply brilliant.
  • Cons

  • Missing some killing features (e.g. manage licenses, pc's ownership, etc). Some pc's information should be available when they're offline.
  • Support tickets ignored, unable to even log in due to an error in their systems. 2 weeks withodut access is enough to shut a place down.
  • Promised functionality never came, regular downtime and outages, poor performance.
