The software, all in all, is very sluggish. Toggling through items on a page or shifting through pages was very testing for me.

They  genuinely want to help you succeed, and that is something you just can't find anywhere else that writes and supports software.

The software is very user friendly. It is not complicated to learn and switching from screen to screen is flawless.

Great Support team at Arborgold and CSR was awesome.

The 'costing' system is awesome. If you know your breakeven point the costing system will show you instantly where you are financially.

Customer support is quick to offer advice, solutions, or changes to improve functionality. Frequent updates and training videos are helpful to learn the variety of features.

We have had problems with it on small network setup. If GK is open on a machine and the server goes down, it creates a problem with database.

Was very difficult to navigate and learn the software. Also the lack of a mobile option was very disappointing.

Many no-brainer features are missing that end up wasting a ton of your time. Example: not being able to reschedule multiple jobs at the same time.

The only positive thing I can say is it is decent at best at storing information.
