Crewcontrol has been a very easy program to set up, use from day to day on both the field and admin sides, and is priced very very well.

Excellent program for large and small companies.

Customer service is amazing, some of the best I have ever worked with.

I like that we communicate any needs or suggestions and the customer service response is truly the best.

It’s nice to be able to upload our quotes as well so the guys can see exactly what is quoted.

The only con, would be it’s a little bit trickier to navigate on a phone.

It has also streamlined the billing and works seamlessly with Quickbooks. It allows us the ability to look at the schedule and move jobs around which the crews can see from their device also.

Mobile app could be a little better. Need a way to track PTO, sick days, etc. for employees.

At first, the thought of loading your pdf(s), setting your material items seemed a waste of time, but once you get the hang of it, it's quite the opposite.

Overall this is a good tool take have for landscaping. We can estimate materials needed.

It’s much cheaper than other programs and easier to use. LandOne helps us save time and money.

I was told to just call so I can get a credit but I do not have time to make that call in all cases. We should only be charged if you make measurements versus lookups.

I don't know enough about comparative products to know if there is anything to dislike. All I know is it works for me.

The graphics lack detail, especially when trying to show different plant varieties and bloom/leaf color.

Been great to quickly measure projects. It stores all jobs too so it is easy to look back up some time later to review the work done on the measurements.

It's frustrating that others can log into a project at the same time if they aren't communicating. Then the work that one or both has done is deleted.

I do not use another work around or takeoff program to achieve my goals. Our company is moving to Aspire soon and I am excited about that integration.

When uploading plans, the quality gets a little messed up compared to my PDF version, especially if the plans were hard to read to begin with it makes it harder to do a takeoff.
