Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It was a good, easy to use program with excellent support.

  • I love the ability to access nearly a twenty year history of cases easily and effectively. The interface is intuitive and extremely easy to use.

  • Cons

  • The online help function is somewhat cumbersome but is useful.

  • I get frustrated sometimes when it doesn't open properly in the morning. But we have a system to reboot it then it works well.

  • Pros

  • I've been using Core for about a year now. It has many features that have helped our company. Easy to use. Excellent customer service for anything that arises. Highly recommend

  • It is very easy to use and you can learn it quite quickly with help of online webinars, the help pages, and just fishing around in the menus. Very clear and concise.

  • Cons

  • There was a bit of a learning curve in the beginning and training coordination was somewhat challenging but nothing extraordinary.

  • little glitches here and there but the customer support is so fast and responsive and the are willing to fix the software glitches.
