Pros/Cons
Pros
- While there's always room for enhancement, CloudLex's dedication to continuous improvement and responsiveness to feedback has consistently impressed me.
- The transition has been smooth, the product has been as advertised but the service is far superior to what I had become accustomed to. Great product, amazing service.
- I have reviewed many options for cloud based PI software, and I strongly believe that Cloudlex is the best option out there. Great support team, easy to set up, and affordable.
Cons
- The software is strongly geared to personal injury firms. Not as intuitive for our workers’ compensation cases.
- The objective, of course, would be to avoid dual entry of case expenses in both Quickbooks (for example) and Cloudlex.
- Had we interacted more, I think we could have tackled those migration problems before our go live date.
Pros
- Overall, it's been a great site for a newcomer like me, and making everything easy and organized for all legal documentation.
- File Vine is a very top notch friendly group of professionals who go above and beyond and very happy to help their clients succeed. Very hands on with training, onboarding and 24/7 support.
- The best feature has been the reporting function. There are a lot of good things about Filevine and I am glad we selected it.
Cons
- We had a terrible experience with Filevine. The representatives are outright dishonest and lying to the customer just to make the sale.
- You have to pay a third-party vendor to get it to integrate. Perhaps worst of all, they get you to spend a lot of money on a "training" that they claim sets them apart from all other companies.
- The worst part is the total lack of customer service. It might as well not exist.
