They are always eager to get on a zoom call to further explain the process and troubleshoot any issues. #### Cons I would like to see an update on the task feature to show the name of the person who is assigned to the task or the initials right next to the area where it shows P1 etc. on the left hand side of the screen. This will help with knowing who is assigned to the task so that we don't have to click on every task to see who it belongs to.
