  • Pros

  • While there's always room for enhancement, CloudLex's dedication to continuous improvement and responsiveness to feedback has consistently impressed me.
  • The transition has been smooth, the product has been as advertised but the service is far superior to what I had become accustomed to. Great product, amazing service.
  • I have reviewed many options for cloud based PI software, and I strongly believe that Cloudlex is the best option out there. Great support team, easy to set up, and affordable.
  • Cons

  • The software is strongly geared to personal injury firms. Not as intuitive for our workers’ compensation cases.
  • The objective, of course, would be to avoid dual entry of case expenses in both Quickbooks (for example) and Cloudlex.
  • Had we interacted more, I think we could have tackled those migration problems before our go live date.

  • The client portal is great for sharing documents and more secure than email. I have not utilized it as much as I could for workflows/deadlines, but we are constantly improving on that.
  • It organizes my clients, tracks hours, prepares invoices and has a client portal for accepting payments. Comfortable and pleasant to use as possible and just as quick and reliable as desktop software.
  • The people are great at customer service, I have had great experiences with Leslie Skelly, Drew, and Cat Allday. I like the Reports function and would like to see more Report options.
  • Cons

  • Worst experience with a service provider ever.
  • Inability to get rid of button that the client clicks to pay with a credit card.
  • I'm having some trouble with the two way calendar integration.
