Filevine was by far the most superior out of all of the choices. I am very pleased with the Filevine.

Overall experience with Filevine has been amazing. Everyone in the office seems to love it and it works very smoothly with what we use it for.

Lack of guidance on how to use. Glitches sometimes as well.

Overall I am very happy with Filevine, it is very easy to use and everything is pretty self-explanatory it does not require much additional training once it is built to your liking.

Simply things like being able to text from the software is a huge help and lastly the interface is amazing.

I like the way this softwares allows you to pull reports to your liking and allows you to cutimize the reports. I am a big fan of the mobile app.

The worst part is the total lack of customer service. It might as well not exist.

The product was easy to use and was installed and integrated with the assistance of our IT professional.

I love that is easy to Navigate, the prompts that 100% customizable, which works for us.

THEY ESPECIALLY DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF. IMPLEMENTATION WAS A STRUGGLE AND I HESITATE TO ASK FOR ANYTHING BECAUSE NOTHING HAPPENS.

Once you figure out how to best use Filevine for your particular business I feel this to be a great case management product.

It seemed like a highly customized and intuitive interface. I wanted to be able to ditch a server and have an integrated practice management system, and one I could use through the web.

Customization Options are great, but the Customer Survey is the best I have ever dealt with in my long career with a variety of systems.

The fax integration feature is fantastic. It is a great way to organize and work your file and keeps all team members updated on the file status and tasks completed and done.

ALTHOUGH THEY ARE VERY NICE, THEY DO NOT NEARLY HAVE ENOUGH STAFF.

File Vine is  a very top notch friendly group of professionals who go above and beyond and very happy to help their clients succeed. Very hands on with training, onboarding and 24/7 support.

Customer service is excellent. I am able to contact [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] with Filevine and he is helpful and very nice.

A ton of feature and you can make anything you want out of it. You have to invest a lot of time into building it out.

So in addition to wasting all the money we spent on training, we wasted a full day of work.

We had consistent difficulties with our server and of course that made them entirely unproductive. Filevine worked wonderfully in replacing our server and eliminating those growing costs.

The billing features are what I like most as the the firm admin. It is extremely user friendly and helps me to stay on top of our accounts receivable.

No accounting or linking with QuickBooks. The offered document template set ups by their staff are poorly executed.

The biggest drawback for me is the inability to customize containers for info that we would use in our office setting.

It's very intuitive, efficient, and their support team is always helpful. I've called a number of times, and they are always easy to talk to and help answer my question.

Can overstate the quality of the program, the ease of use, and the customer service and support.

Everything is in one place and looks fantastic. Client's info, documents, notes, calendar items, billing, it's all in front of you.

It's difficult to switch from Plaintiff to Defendant if you open a case the wrong way, especially if you already have a lot of information in the case.

No sales tax calculation makes me unable to use the billing feature.

Great product but still lacking in essential features.

In other words even if you stop using their service you will personally have to still keep paying.
