The value seems on par with others. Issuing a refund of a credit card transaction is very easy. #### Cons At first, I was not a fan of the pay later options. But after speaking with support, we were able to tailor that function to fit within how we operate our practice. It's great to have the client portal so clients can pay at their own convenience. Being able to accept e-checks has been a great addition for our business and our clients. It's easy to find the transactions, email receipts, refund and void transactions. #### Cons Since 8am merged with LawPay, the personal touch such as Coffee with LawPay has been lost. It was a great way to be reminded of the features available and if there were any updates to the product. It's a versatile tool, makes it easy to get paid. I appreciated that there are very few bugs and issues when using it. The tool has good security, and makes clients feel comfortable. #### Cons Biggest thing I don't like is the cost. I used to love that eChecks were so cheap, but now they charge a percent of the fee along with the credit card fees. And while not completely out of the ballpark, it feels like Lawpay is a bit more expensive than other platforms.
