No mobile app and its mobile website is very difficult to work with. We survived COVID lock-downs thanks to the fact that we introduced Thread in time before it happened. That's how good it is. Templates are very useful and also the preview when you click on a file in activity and doing a brief. Cons: Not being able to use the full functionality such as scanning post and assigning to file, not being able to use the email in thread to send and receive attachments without the worry of it not going out or going in the unassigned emails, not being able to rename and date an attachment before dragging it in the thread add on to the file. Customizing fields I found a bit tricky. Not being able to use the call option if a client rang and being on the file. This was our first case management system in the firm and made the change over very seamless. All training received initially was superb and ongoing training keeps us up to date with new features in Thread. Also the online support we receive when needed is very efficient and effective to deal with any issues which may arise.
