The cost is very reasonable and the billing features save me and my assistant so much time. Customer service is outstanding.

We have been using TimeSolv and it great. Easy to use, app is great for attorneys on the road, invoices easy to process.

I was pleasantly surprised by the visual aesthetics and the ease of use of TimeSolv Legal Billing.

There seems to be a lack of necessary reports, especially an audit report.

Really easy to use with a full set of features and integrations that we need (eg Xero/Outlook).

The only thing negative about the software is the invoice printing. You can not make many changes to set the invoice to your preference.

This software is great for billing clients with assurance. Billing is my only interface with clients, and I want to be 100% accurate.

I could not run this law office so efficiently without Timesolv. Nicole Smith has been my (Tech Coach)  :) and has done an outstanding job.

It has been instrumental to the smooth operation of the firm. Customer service has always been responsive, friendly and knowledgeable.

I also like the ability to establish Projects with Phases and Tasks so I can track resources and budgets.

For example,  there is no report or feature that enables the user to sort clients by their assigned identification numbers.

Customer service took time over the weekend to walk me through uploading my invoices onto CounselLink, which was extremely helpful.

It is designed intuitively so that you can start using it with almost no instruction.

The duplicate process for entering a second time entry could be easier to use to avoid mistakes.

TimeSolv is user friendly and outstanding. I absolutely the reports it complies within seconds.

I most like the ease of using TimeSolv for entering billable fees and expenses, and the customer service and support I have received thus far has been excellent.

The cost per user is great and it works well with our small firm.

It’s a real pain to get timed out when using the web/browser/online platform to track time.

Integration with other features like Lappi and QuickBooks. Additionally, the ability to do flat billing and time billing and one single application.

It has been helpful to track time and see utilization and other data points. It could be interesting if it could integrate with an excel.

I like that I can make changes to billing with ease. I like that TimeSolv can integrate well with the clients' billing software.

I can't think of anything I don't like about this software.

I spent years struggling with (and cursing at) Sage TimeSlips. It was so clunky and difficult to use, compared to TimeSolv.

The software is easy to use and functionalities are added on a regular basis. It Syncs with Quickbooks which is a great time saving feature.

Easy to use and great personal and prompt technical support. Very professional invoices and simple approach to time keeping and more.

Both ease of use and speed to update/generate a matter are helpful to reduce the usual friction and barriers often found in other case management systems.

For those without legal ops or IT support for a tool like this, their tiered pricing structure makes it accessible to get started and upgrade features as you are ready to use them.

It is not ideal with IE browser but more updated applications are not ever.

Such a simple tool to use that gives such great insights.

There should be an option to hide fields not used from being shown in a matter.

The off the shelf reporting features are great, and customer service has been immaculate.

Japanese auto-translation is poor. If we cannot set each translated term by ourselves, we cannot deploy Xakia in our team.

We have only scratched the surface with the capability and are learning more everyday about this total solution.

Being able to integrate it with document management and other legal operations software will also be useful. The customer service is also excellent.

Simple user interface, cloud based, dashboards, Xakia team are very hands on and responsive and always open to suggested improvements.

The only thing I can think of is more customization of fields in matters and e.g. lawsuits.

It is user friendly, not too complicated and works well with the business needs.

It's a clean simple product that links perfectly to our document management system and allows us to easily demonstrate our effectiveness and value to the business by inbuilt reporting capability.

The team working on the product is obviously passionate about the space and have developed a clear process to incorporate new functionality into the product roadmap. Awesome customer service.

Creation of matters is light touch and very fast (many users less than one minute). Excellent integration with Doc Management System.

Their investment in each client truly exhibits how they strive to make this platform better for all of their clients, and we have enjoyed being a part of this.

The reporting, while there are several options, were mostly useless to us as a team that needed a contract-lifecycle management system.

Overall experience is really positive. Despite that it costed us quite some time to get started, Xakia is a really user-friendly legal tech software which keeps developing itself.

It was easy to transition our business partners to using Xakia, and we are really excited about some upcoming features that will increase visibility into matters for those outside of our team.
