With a great team behind it, Botosynthesis has helped us manage our patients/queries on website very efficiently.
PROSBotosynthesis is extremely user-friendly for the patients as well as our team to use. Happy to share that we have not faced any issues faced since the day we started using it.

Best chatbot platform for our company
The best part we love is to customize our flow using no code chatbot builder. The second is omnichannel livechat inbox. We use it for WhatsApp, messenger, instagram.
CONSWe don't think there is any missing features with respect to our usage. It is best for our use case.
