In particular the new modern UI has been great.

Slight delay in sending a message in chat - not sure if it went and then seconds later the response will pop up.

There are definitely excellent tools in the market for chat support but for us Comm100 worked the best. We have expanded it to our intranet, agents and customers for communication.

There is a lack of themes and customization. It doesnt 't include templates for some rare cases which makes it less flexible in problem-solving.

Pros: easy to use like the canned messages. Also like that it is mobile friendly.

People love the personal aspect that they are talking to someone real not a computer. It's also very nice to be able to have multiple operators.

When there are problems it can be a bit of a blackbox. No real troubleshooting tools.

I can track visitors in real time and talk to them proactively. It integrates with Comm100 Ticket, great feature.

Ease of  setup and customization was great in getting everything going.

Comm100 has excellent features, a good range of tools and is well-priced compared to some competitors. It's not as cheap as some alternatives but you really do get what pay for with Comm100.

We are working on expanding into using Comm100 for 100% of our helpdesk experience and so far things have been going great.

Inserting template messages is easy and useful. Comm100 tracks the visitor behavior and this enables us to act quicker on queries.

Maybe a notification or summary. Had to figure out what went wrong and found out you guys changed your IP.

The inability to send messages as a supervisor in a chat being handled by another agent. Sending them directly to the agent means they are often missed.

Good customer service, good team, excellent follow through and easy to launch.

Excellent Reporting - Reporting mechanism is very robust, with a click you can see complete report.

It did not alert us that we had unread emails.

This is the highest quality call recorder that I've tried- and it doesn't cost a dime. The paid AI upgrades are great too- I haven't needed them yet for my particuar needs.

I didn't realize until I thought back after using it for a few months how much stress it's taken away.

There are occasional bugs where it will leave a meeting in the middle of a call and have to come back in.

My only downside is when someone uses screenshare the fathom app can't also appear.

Inability to upload external recordings for processing, but aware this is on the roadmap for the future.

I also really like the saving/sending options. It is so easy to navigate the platform, and I have always had wonderful customer service experiences with the team at Fathom.

The new notes feature where you can change the format of the notes entirely with a click of the button (change templates) is outstanding. And the Zapier integration is great.

In my opinion, this is really bothersome. Disclosing the fact that the meeting is being recorded in a more covert manner would be preferable.

I also love how I can easily share the videos with prospects. The integrations with HubSpot and Zoom have also been a huge help.

The call insights given are really excellent as well, the fact that I can focus on the conversation and easily clip something is amazing.

It's super easy to use and very helpful. I use it anytime I know a meeting is likely to cover a lot of information, or if any important stakeholder is not present and will need the notes/recording.

I love how Fathom runs in the background and automatically records my coaching sessions. The ability to highlight, bookmark, and tag portions of our conversation in real time has been helpful.

I'm impressed that they're still rolling out new features like AI summaries. Next, I'll integrate it with my CRM for more functionality.

There were some initial bugs with using Google Meet. But they have since implemented features to correct those problems.

I love the ease of use within the platform. It's been super easy to use and get used too which is a plus for me because as a salesperson, I'm not the most technical.

I guess the only drawback is that you need to pay (more) attention to the meeting and decide why category to place the comments. This mind juggling can be disconcerting.
