- Another I like is the ability to filter members into groups and send texts to only that group. The user experience is world-class.
- I absolutley love this app. It is super easy to use and I abssolutey love how amazing the customer service is for this app.
Cons
- No app for android devices. Which makes it less convenient than email for anyone who isn't an apple user.
- The sense of urgency to sign up made me feel pressured and so I signed up before I was ready to launch which was stressful as a small founder. I share my feature requests directly with them.
Pros
- One thing I love the most about this software is the speed, the way it loads rapidly and ability to communicate with customers instantly is what makes me love the app.
- WhatsApp is the best messaging app on the market, and what I like best about it is the WhatsApp Web, where I can exchange information from my computer to my phone much more quickly.
Cons
- Lost my old contact no so lost all old contacts, so many irrelevant addition to promotional group once I shared contact with someone.
- What bothers me is that it can be used for illegal activity because of the design of the app.
