It is the busiest page on my site and visited TONS times a day by people sometimes the same people over and over that have no intention of purchasing my product.

I love being available when someone has a question. I believe customers are more likely to follow through with a purchase when I am readily available for questions.

Formilla live chat is offering a fantastic service. Easy to use, great customer support and at a very affordable price is something you can't pass.

My favorite feature of Formilla is the ease with which I can integrate it into any of the several platforms that make up our web presence.

The software needs to have the ability to block individual pages on your site without having to paste code into each individual page. For me this is a real pain.

Instead what I am left doing is blocking every person who visits that page.

Beyond the pale in terms of inappropriate and unprofessional.

Sometimes messages get lost and its tough to find the message trail of particular string. Sometimes unable to identify customers.

Things don't work well, customization options are very limited, users and customers get frustrated often and messages get lost in the abyss.

It's so powerful and easy to use. It was effortless to set up, and all our business users (who've never done customer support before), find it very easy to use, and the users love it too.

It integrates perfectly on the website. I also love that they are constantly coming up with new features to help our workflow.

Wonderful experience, I really enjoy using the product (even on other companies websites/products!) and would highly recommend.

Intercom is really a state-of-art piece of software. If integrated properly, it can take care of amazing spectre of key activities in any company.

I also like how it gives us statistics on what is my team's response time, etc. I love how easy we can set up a business hour rule, auto-responses, and tours.

I like how this is very universal and easy to communicate with others. It is seamlessly on any website and you can communicate very quickly.

Their customer success team is great, even on the days when I'm not the most gracious customer.

The ability to converse with our customers quickly and seamlessly between email and the messenger app is great.

Intercom is super easy to set up and has the best UI / UX by far.

Great experience, we switched over from Sendgrid and prefer Intercom despite the higher price.
