However, there are a few requirements to acquire the API and these are set by Meta (Formerly known as Facebook): - A phone number that is not linked to any other WhatsApp account ( WhatsApp Business App or the WhatsApp application. Please note that the account needs to be deleted and not the application. - A Facebook page and a Facebook Business account - Admin access to the Facebook Business account - A website that displays the company’s business model or the products and services it sells. - The business and its website mentioned in point number 4 should be compliant with WhatsApp commerce’s policy in order to pass the Facebook business verification process.

The factor in choosing this tool was the possibility of using more than one agent on the same whatsapp number, which made it easier for our entire team to work in a more interactive way. We use it as a CRM to have more data about our customers and close good deals with them. Shortcuts with pre-ready messages make the attendant's work easier.

Cons:

In the beginning we had problems with frequent disconnection of the number, being necessary to do countless procedures to get it working again. This problem was later resolved.

get.chat is the best chat platform I have ever used,I will start with the user interface it is very simple,friendly and fast.Easy access using the Gmail account or dowload on web and aldo tge mobile application works perfectly too.Creating a join link is quick and instant and on the side of participant is just clicking the shared link .Has an ability of using the meeting recording features as well as screensharing.

Cons:

Overall the software is innovative but should upgrade more on customization because it is abit tricky though manageable.
