I love this product because it can interact with our customers and it so so easy to use.

One of the best tools for prototyping and building conversational software.

The product is very easy and intuitive to use, has a good range of pre-built integrations and with webhooks you can integrate technology with any API enabled software.

They don't have 24/7 support, time zones, I am in the Mid-US,  No live chat support.

I use it now just for simple lead generation inside content marketing strategies and it's working fine.

However, these features do not function properly and when you request support, they are absolutely useless.

I love the flexibility in design, integration, and conditional branching available with Landbot.

You can technically integrate through Zapier, but that's an additional recurring cost that I don't always want to add. In any case, I'm pretty excited about the future of Landbot.

The one thing that has really impressed me about Landbot is how intuitive its Drag-and-Drop workspace is.

Near one month using the pro version and I had not any problem.

Pay for each user and your logo when I have payed.

What I liked the most about the tool is the cost benefit they bring in relation to the quantity of agents / price. In addition to all its ease in all documentation and support.

Scripting is very hard and the HOOK options are limited.

I have built a few for myself as well as for clients of mine and was always super excited with the results.

It’s is a tool that is useful to a wide range of uses. Still it is up tongue adoption of chestbits frontage general Public that will they’ll the success and survival of such tools.

They are open to help while you are interested in buying, but once you buy, forget it.

It is very easy to build a chatbot due to the great user interface in the backend. The blocks make it really easy to build complex bots that are integrated well into other tools or software.

Great Lead-Gen tool and also great use for customer support. Makes building complex bots very easy and offers a lot of integrations.

It does not have a mobile app so it is hard to manage.

The flow builder is a bit confusing and when the flow is long, it starts to work slowly.

The built-in analytics are super useful for analyzing traffic. Customizability is fantastic.
