Great Customer Service for set up of new phones. Account Managers are usually very attentive to your individual needs.

The online faxing is not integrated into the phone system and has a 1980s interface. The Android app has it's own problems.

We researched many companies and Nextiva was by far the best one out there. They were competitive in pricing and the best in customer service.

Their phones did come preset up and the onboarding process was very streamlined. When I did need technical support, they were quick to resolve the issues.

The dashboard was user friendly and easy to use.

I spent days asking to fix things but each time more problem and more things did not work. We were running in circles  with the problems.

I like that I can download nextiva onto my phone and that it has an easy to use app on my computer. I can easily see on my computer voicemails, who is calling me, who I want to call out to, etc.

The process became confusing, not knowing if we are talking with nextiva or another company. Nextiva refused to cancel our service and continued charging our credit card.

We didn't even let users know they could login--it's that bad. The cost of their service just cannot compete with the rest of the market.

After 2 weeks, they couldn't get it right. I wasted money re-ordering business cards and had to re-order after I went with another service that got it done in 10 minutes.

Integration was straightforward and fast. Customer service is always helpful and easy to work with.

Please don’t make the same mistake we did and get trapped by Nextiva.

YEAR 1: consistently terrible call quality and tech support.

Navigation of admin website was clunky, with user website even worse.

One of the problems we initially had to overcome, is that we tend to work quite collaboratively when we are all in the office, and sit in a room with something on a screen.

The software easily allows to integrate with ship based phones.

Needs to integrate with gmail - this is delayed and needs to happen.

If your company wants friendly and knowledgeable account support, Nextiva is a good choice.

Ease of integration, ease of use, I control messages incoming and outgoing. Support is amazing, anytime day or night.

My favorite thing about Nextiva is its exemplary customer service.

Beyond customers lost and team hours wasted, even calling Nextiva’s tech support was made more difficult since anyone calling tech support was required by Nextiva to be an account admin.

My overall experience with Nextiva was a pleasant one. It taught me what my needs are, and should they improve in the future, I would be more than happy to revisit them as a business solution.

They clearly care about your experience with their software and go above and beyond to help resolve any issues or concerns and they generally respond fairly quick.

The apps on my phone and computer are pretty sleek. I also like that I can take a call from my office and then use nextiva and switch it to my cell phone.

They are functional, but not friendly. In the best cases, the apps require more steps to do things than should be necessary.

I love the integration aspect that you can have the app on desktop and on your phone. Additionally, as a current work from home employee the faxing feature has been a life saver.

Phone service was reliable and call quality was good.

The way they build and design tools is perfect for our business with most users not being highly technical.

Interface is okay, there are better products our there for less money and a better interface.

Sometimes from the softphone app random phone numbers cause the app to crash randomly. No one at Nextiva can explain why.

There is also a good app that I'm able to use on my desktop to make calls there. It's also nice that voicemails are emailed as well as pinged on my phone.

The easy access to Nextiva support and account managers is its best feature. If there are ever any issues, their support staff can be reached by messaging or phone call quickly.

Their products are a la carte with modules for everything so finding the right product mix can be tricky as well. The lack of integration with our other systems is also an issue for us.

Price is way cheaper than RingCentral and 8x8. Best setup process in town and includes Amazon Chime and free Fax.

They had good value, money back guarantee and a trial period.

The voice service, once configured properly, generally worked fine.

The Nextiva app is Awesome Works great. We switched to Nextiva because they offered a better price.

Ease of use to add and manage users in multiple cities and states remotely.

They customize your package entirely, schedule calls to go over the system, and have pretty good support. The price is great and so far, we've been enjoying using the new phones.

Its easy to use and organized, can add multiple users which helps.

Text Request makes it super easy to communicate with clients and give them more options to contact us with questions or send photos and documents easily.

We were quite disappointed to find out our services  were shut off due to an expired credit card. We had paid through for the month and we had no warning that we were going to lose services.

Easy to create templates and fast to send out messages. Love texting on my computer, instead of my phone - no spelling or grammatical errors.

Text Request gives us another quick, easy way to connect to our clients and gives them the ability to reach out to us any time of day. Their customer service is amazing.

One issue that I do have with text request is that once someone opts out you can no longer contact them even in the case where you've made contact and they want to receive messages from you.

It is simple to use and works fine. Has a lot of functionalities and meets all our needs.

No automated messages, or long holds. Its a breath of fresh air to work with a company with such outstanding customer service.

It is a great tool that we use EVERYDAY. It helps us build and maintain our relationships with our members.

Although, it was a little disappointing, it was not a deal breaker for us because of the way that we utilize the program.

I just tried to compose a NEW message to a current client on my phone and can't figure out how. I can respond to any message I already have but can't create a new message.

We have found another way to inform our members and we appreciate having this option.

We have had difficulty with attachments. There have been times where we have not been able to open them.

I like that we were able to implement this software with our current website. The software is intuitive and didn't take a ton of how to videos on how to use it on day 1.

Any issues have been quickly and easily dealt with and their staff is always incredibly friendly, making sure any issue is resolved and checking up to make sure it stays that way.

This has made our communication with our guests much more streamlined and efficient. We really like being able to schedule messages.

We get a LOT of spam coming through TextRequest. I wish there was a spam blocker in the system.

Liked the fact it integrated with our CRM software.

My least favorite is the fact that you are unable to block a number. Everything else works very well with the software.

I also love that there is a google extension for Text Request so you do not even need to be on the website to receive your text messages.

All of the team members are very helpful and quick to answer questions. They also send along tips and tricks along the way to improve our experience and better our branding.

There are some great message customization features that can be useful if you would like, but are not required.

It can be confusing when it comes to importing large groups.

In addition, the customer service is outstanding. A simple text to the TextRequest team and they will have you taken care of.

It has been great for mid size company and large contact base.

The dashboard is very intuitive and easy to use. For the price, it's an excellent tool that customers have given very positive feedback on.

Or on the flipside of that, I wouldn't mind paying for each individual small text if I knew that was balanced out by only being charged for 1 text even if it was long.

We have guests coming to the door all day so it's important that we are able to have real time communication with them.

The ease of use and set up was great. It is very easy to understand and use.

Is easy to use, and great that all employees can see all conversations. The auto response feature is good for after hours.

This is our biggest problem and we are only staying with TR because we haven't found an alternative with similar features.

I like the fact we can send canned messages. It's easy to know who you've text and what issues are resolved in the text.
