The cost was outrageous and it was difficult to use. Training was a nightmare.

The most of a problem was being a little lost at first, but nothing a knowledgeable teacher couldn't explain at my side.

Access is difficult and it is very unintuitive for people who do not use the computer a lot, because programming the rooms becomes somewhat complicated but over time you know how to do it.

Everything was to par and the customer support was amazing.

The support team is responsive and generally able to assist within the first communication. Having a representative I can ask questions to is great and some are better than others.

Unable to set a student preference language into LMS as this is causing some error, fortunately this is not affecting the functionality of the course.

Great learning tool, and once the module has been created gives the learner a greater chance of gaining skills and higher understanding.

I dislike that it doesn't come with more instruction. It does have a learning curve but it's not too hard to figure out.

Oops, learned that one day one by mistake. It's also confusing that Captivate is not the same as Captivate Prime.

Inconsistent performance, transcripts, data. Customer service is terrible.

Documentation in french is missing or incomplete.

Becomming subject matter experts in fields of their profession. I received a small content edittor which was easy to use and could create rapid content.

Installation process was quite difficult for me.

Trying to just self learn it at this point, which has been frustrating.

I love that the software gave me this ability to really design the most interactive and sometimes out of the box e-learning courses.

I liked the simplicity of the tool. I have used the basic FREE version of the software and I was pretty amazed with the possibilities.

I ultimately cancelled because I didn’t want to pay the cost for it.

If any data is missing or something seems wrong, delete all the fields and you have to start filling out the entire form again.

I like the integration between Adobe Captivate 2019 and Captivate Prime. It allows you to seamlessly publish to the LMS from Captivate.

The most features that are helpful are the navigation features that help locate easy tasks.

Every time i add a quiz i get a fatal error and it shuts down - very frustrating and despite dealing with your support teams I still havent come right.

The marketing is perfect and helped me choose the right tool to use that will help save time money and effort.

I think Captivate is an amazing but there are enhances that could be made to make the adoption for new users better.

I love because it is free of charge and supported by an active community. There are thousands of user who is using its online web service which shows what OpenEdX is capable of doing.

E-commerce integration: They support a large number of products, courses including multi payment options for the buyers or learners like PayPal etc.

Overall, the software is the best for open learning with flexible pricing options. It is easily accessible to all and has learning options for all the subjects and technology.

It a bit difficult for users, need special software and hardware requirements. Installation itself is very difficult too.

I feel sometimes animations can remove the boring feeling of me.

Its ease of use is impressive, from the beginning you can know the entire structure of the course and its learning resources.

I think it is a great idea and really gives people opportunities for learning that they would not have been able to have elsewhere. However, I think some of their courses are a little bit costly.

This is an open-sourced software with a lot of useful courses with capability to explore among them and adding subtitle. It is user-friendly and very easy to use on the web.

The interface is great and it is applicable with a wide range of courses offered.

It is used as a support LMS in our university integrated with Moodle and it provides a wide range of courses for Writing and Speaking Centers including the library.

We have had good experience both developing the service as well as building content for it. Our learners are extremely happy.

I think that it is a really awesome way to learn things that you wanted to learn, but just learning it online without having to get up and go to a real classroom.

I find their way of organizing learning materials confusing and rather obstructing.

Additionally, we can interact through the community, sharing knowledge of our interest. Finally, certification is a great added value for our work synthesis.

It offers large number of courses to learn at the comfort of home. Especially at this time of lock down it is a best platform to learn at home.

I really like EdX - they have wonderful courses and I learn a lot. The software itself is interactive and easy to use and watch my progress.

Also, how the options are organized is so unintuitive that you have to know specifically what you want or you might end up lost in courses that have nothing to do with what you want to achieve.

I can't find any thing bad about OpenEdX except for the user interface which needs to be adjusted more to be user-friendly.

It has a user friendly interface and the courses are from top universities. Overall a great tool if you are always trying to learn new tools.

Good but room for improvement in terms of user-friendliness and gamification.
