Ability to deliver a course with an investment corresponding to the relative size of online education within our organization's overall mission.

So, the Customer Service people are amazing. Easy to reach, they understand my problem/question, and go out of the way to help me find solutions.

The platform; however,  isn't always intuitive and can become very messy if you are unsure about what you're doing.

Ease of use and support from staff have been great. I think it is a great solution that allows companies to get set up quickly without a lot of the complexities with other systems that I've used.

The system makes sure that the teacher and student are taken care of, by proactively identifying what will be needed and having it ready. Above all the customer service is FANTASTIC.

I also like the real-time reports that this software generates.

Customer support was great, and there is a learning curve for this. Adding video and text modules was very straight forward.

Giving tests and quizzes are as easy as monitoring the students' growth and performance.

For individuals or organizations interested in developing and delivering content on-line, DigitalChalk is an outstanding solution.

We have a limited team here that deals with our tech issues and questions. We have relied on J and Adrian so many times, I have lost count.

I liked the ease of use, the fact that I could build the program out myself.

Simple reports on the courses purchased are easy to generate for our accounting team to appropriately credit the revenue to the right program.

Inability to generate reports summarizing quiz/evaluation results (aggregate across learners).

User-friendly lms with outstanding customer service and technical support.

The one major thing I disliked was the setup fee.

The test component of courses is somewhat limited, in terms of offering multiple attempts, innovative item types, multimedia, or even answer string reports to diagnose poor functioning questions.

Digital Chalk also has wonderful customer service and they are very polite and responsive.

It is very easy to track progress on different levels. The support function is also very good as well as the webinars Learnster hosts whenever there is something new and interesting to show.

The software is easy to deploy, configure and get started with. It has powerful features to help administer both users, permissions and courses.

With the drag-and-drop interface, training professionals can create interactive courses with images, text, audio, videos and other relevant documents.


Learnster allows team leaders to monitor and track individual, team and organization-wide progress across multiple courses and receive course feedback. Administrators can configure if-this-then-that (FITTT) course progression alerts and set up a white-labeled platform in multiple languages, such as English, Dutch, Swedish and German.
