That's a huge issue for us that causes us a lot of manual work of clicking into various reports (because the info we need isn't in the export). (2) 360-reviews don't allow managers to view their completed reviews until the entire review is "closed" for everyone, which is a pain in the butt. Cons: The licensing model being based on logins rather than assigned seats - this requires relatively strong governance, otherwise an agent logging in once, in error - results in a lost seat for 30 days.
