That's a huge issue for us that causes us a lot of manual work of clicking into various reports (because the info we need isn't in the export). (2) 360-reviews don't allow managers to view their completed reviews until the entire review is "closed" for everyone, which is a pain in the butt. Cons: The only real issue I had was not being able to change information on the quiz once it was uploaded. I had to adjust the scoring in after staff completed their assignments. Primarily, it saves the last filters used when a supervisor logged in, which can cause confusion the next time they log in, if they don't reset the filters. It is an added training step on our end for our users, because it's not intuitive that it saves the last filters... they just think the info is missing.
