It's a great platform that employees seem to enjoy and have no issue using and figuring out on their own, which is huge! That's a huge issue for us that causes us a lot of manual work of clicking into various reports (because the info we need isn't in the export). (2) 360-reviews don't allow managers to view their completed reviews until the entire review is "closed" for everyone, which is a pain in the butt. We've renewed our contract twice now and plan to continue until our funding runs out. It's been a great investment for our training program. You get most capabilities found in other systems that cost almost double what iSpring does. Their customer service is fantastic - they see issues through to the root causes and close the loop with you quickly on your requests. Our users have also found the system very intuitive to use, and from an administration standpoint - it does everything we need it to! Cons: There are small ease-of-use things we wish were in place, or small design tweaks we'd like to make, but nothing substantial enough to influence our overall extremely positive experience with the system. Read More VR Verified Reviewer Computer Software 51-200 employees Used daily for less than 12 months Review source Reviewed March 2019 Good for a single company (in-house) use but poor for managing client or partner training 3 Ratings Breakdown 4 Ease of use 3 Value for money 5 Customer support 2 Functionality Pros: Ability to have multiple Learning Paths that collate separate courses, and to track users' progress through those Learning Paths. Cons: New functionality has only been added piecemeal, presumably where a client has paid for a new feature to match their specific requirements. The new functions then aren't applied across the whole system (since the client didn't pay for that work). The result is a "swiss cheese" of a product, with huge holes. For example, the API doesn't allow you to retrieve attributes that were added in new functionality. The API itself allows you to set and retrieve (limited parts of) individual records, but doesn't let you get access to reports programatically. SSO is all-or-nothing - you have to have the same SSO for all Organizations, which sucks if you're using the same course material in-house as well as externally. And SSO doesn't support the latest standards. Discussion forums are similarly only open to all and can't be limited to Organizations. Presumably both SSO and Discussions were added before some client paid for multiple Organizations to be added. On top of all that, iSpring is actually more expensive than other better multi-org solutions such as TalentLMS. Read More SG Sherri G. I have not encountered any software issues at all. The online learning and authoring tools were easy to work with. The employees reported no issues with understand the instruction on how to use the program. It was definitely worth the every penny. Cons: The only real issue I had was not being able to change information on the quiz once it was uploaded. I had to adjust the scoring in after staff completed their assignments.
