McGraw-Hill's customer support is second-to-none. They are very helpful and will respond to either the instructor or students.

The software is useful for review learning and for short weekly practice quizzes. Customer service has been excellent, prompt and knowledgeable.

There are times where it can be difficult to find certain books or it times out and signs me out. This problem is relatively small.

The date and time tool does not work consistently. Integration and synchronization with the learning management system can be erratic leading to panicked emails from students.

High-Quality Products with Disappointing Tech & Customer Service.

As a student, it is a great software to complete assignments since there are various tools that help with our learning experience.

There are lots of great textbooks, books, games, assignments, and activities for students to complete. Students usually love the interactive games and enjoy them anytime we use them.

I like that this software has ease of use and functionality. The students know what to expect when they use it.

Every time I think of McGraw-Hill I think of homework (which doesn't bring joy), but I am grateful for the help I received from the software.

There are also multimedia resources and quizzes available for some texts/resources. I loved using this in some of my university courses.

Because of these, I waste time and frustration on formatting while my learning is not increased.

I love the ability to access text books, study guides, and other educational materials online from wherever I am.

We have multiple publisher integrations in our instance of Canvas. McGraw-Hill Connect continuously provides the most stable connection with little need for support.

Occasionally answer submissions were marked incorrect although they were not actually wrong, which was frustrating for students.

This  is a good site with a lot of good features. It is a bit drab but everything you need is there.

It's only going to get better. The question is whether the price will be worth it for what is essentially supplemental features.

From a student perspective, the software is easy to use, and I liked the different features that made the content easier to understand.

MH-Connect, by far, provides the best customer service from my experience.

The price is just ridiculous, at least from a student's perspective.

I didn't like a single thing about it. It was horrible, I cringe at the thought of giving you scum bags my money.

Good resources and learning materials made available for a somewhat reasonable price.

Overall it is a nice product. Students can learn in a good and efficient way.

Robust online resources and seamless LMS integration make this product a winner. Add excellent customer service and tech support to the mix and you just can't go wrong.

It is sometimes complicated and I often decide to use Canvas for the same purpose and to avoid confusing students.

Being that i come from poor a developing country, banking services are bad, there online payments are hard otherwise everything else is good.

My wife and I have been using McGraw Hill Connect for our 5th and 6th grader for a few years and this software is outstanding.

There is no way to enroll as a student. Student preview is not enough to troubleshoot students' problems.

I love the ease of assigning specific chapters to students and being able to assess their progress in the readings, as well as weekly quizzes.

Overall I had a good learning experience via McGraw-Hill software and it was a software that was not difficult to navigate through.

McGraw-Hill offers a rich directory and database of information ranging from audio files to quizzes, PowerPoint lectures and so much more. It is a gem for any Humanities-based courses, such as Speech.

I also have had trouble with graphing features, when I miss credit on a graph because I do not place a line or curve at the exact right coordinates.

It has good notes, and all types of notes. When you give it enough time, you get all that you want in terms of quality notes.

If we forget the price, McGraw-Hill Connect provides a good student experience.

This is a good software for instructors and schools to use to teach students and help them plan out their semesters, I liked using the software despite its issues.

One of the worst pieces of software in history. The UI is clnky, difficult to use, and was expensive.

McGraw-Hill Connect (or MHConnect) provides one of the best LTI integrations with Canvas, our institution's LMS.

DigitalChalk provides a very good product at a great price.

Ability to deliver a course with an investment corresponding to the relative size of online education within our organization's overall mission.

I am stretching for this as a con, there are no other issues and this cost really isn't an issue to me now.

DigitalChalk has been an excellent turnkey solution for our organization in delivering content.

The chalkboard combination of video with slides is ingenious and easy to use without SCORM content creation software.

Ability to obtain track status of learners, generate notifications, build courses with multiple formats and components. Of the options we reviewed, this was clearly the best for us.

It is by far my favorite LMS to date. Prior to my joining my current company, there was no LMS.

As a teacher, it helps me easily design and modify courses in a dynamic and interactive fashion that my students really enjoy.

Our lack of knowledge is ably mitigated by DigitalChalk.

All employees have access from work or home or tablet or phone. They seem to enjoy the experience over all.

So, the Customer Service people are amazing. Easy to reach, they understand my problem/question, and go out of the way to help me find solutions.

The platform; however,  isn't always intuitive and can become very messy if you are unsure about what you're doing.

Ease of use and support from staff have been great. I think it is a great solution that allows companies to get set up quickly without a lot of the complexities with other systems that I've used.

The system makes sure that the teacher and student are taken care of, by proactively identifying what will be needed and having it ready. Above all the customer service is FANTASTIC.

I also like the real-time reports that this software generates.

Customer support was great, and there is a learning curve for this. Adding video and text modules was very straight forward.

We've been using digital chalk for several years now, and they have a great product that is easy to use, and great customer service to boot.

This is a wonderful company that gives me confidence in the small businesses of America. I hope to do business with this team for years to come.

Giving tests and quizzes are as easy as monitoring the students' growth and performance.

For individuals or organizations interested in developing and delivering content on-line, DigitalChalk is an outstanding solution.

We have a limited team here that deals with our tech issues and questions. We have relied on J and Adrian so many times, I have lost count.

I liked the ease of use, the fact that I could build the program out myself.

Simple reports on the courses purchased are easy to generate for our accounting team to appropriately credit the revenue to the right program.

Inability to generate reports summarizing quiz/evaluation results (aggregate across learners).

User-friendly lms with outstanding customer service and technical support.

The one major thing I disliked was the setup fee.

The test component of courses is somewhat limited, in terms of offering multiple attempts, innovative item types, multimedia, or even answer string reports to diagnose poor functioning questions.

Digital Chalk also has wonderful customer service and they are very polite and responsive.
