Pros
- What we like most about Mortgage Automator is the ease of use along with the very responsive and helpful customer service shown at all levels of the organization.
- As a team we are thrilled by the amount of new features and progress that the software has provided us.
- Their staff is always ready to help and I am very happy with Mortgage Automator all in all. And just the amount of time the program saves us is worth every penny in itself.
Cons
- If you make an error on a construction advance you have to unfund the loan completely and re enter all the advances in all over again.
- The only part I dislike about this software is that I didn't get it earlier.
- Too many new features introduced during implementation process made it difficult for training purposes.
Pros
- We have been working as the payment provider for over 9 years. They are a great partner and we love that they, like Usio strive for excellence and to delight their customers.
- Overall experience is outstanding. Once you learn the system's features and benefits, it can make your daily origination and servicing needs effortless.
- It was designed for mortgage people who want to save time and money. It is a dependable and flexible system supported by a staff of caring and thoughtful people.
Cons
- I am a heavy user of the construction module, and there are no options for training in this module which seems odd to me. We went to the training in CA.
- Did not work as smoothly and statement to the borrower is confusing. The servicing fee is listed as "insurance" instead of servicing fee.
- Lack of convenience of compiling loan documents to be emailed directly to notaries.
