Very user friendly, easy to modify when needed

PROS

I like that the program is easy to navigate and that the team was there to meet our needs. We were able to modify our own assessment forms fairly easily and have our intake forms modified to make things easier/quicker to read. All we had to do was ask and the worst they could do was say no!

CONS

Compared to our last platform, this one does not have many cons. There is nothing major that I can think of at the moment.

PointClickCare Increases both Productivity and Efficiency

Overall, the Senior Living Core Platform is easy to learn, easy to use, and allows external users such as physicians, labs, radiology and even payer clearinghouses to integrate. "One-stop shopping" is always a good thing!

PROS

The ability to manage multiple applications within the one platform. The ability to integrate with external vendors increases productivity.

CONS

No implementation is easy, no matter which application you choose. It takes time to get everything scheduled and sometimes the time is protracted, and more support is needed.

Reason for choosing Senior Living Core Platform

It was at the request of Physicians, for the most part. In addition, one of the first questions that potential employees ask is "what software do you use?" Before we purchased PCC, some didn't come to work for us because we didn't have PCC. If you want to attract and maintain valuable employees, especially in this environment, PCC is the application of choice.

Reasons for switching to Senior Living Core Platform

It was not advanced enough to sustain the current environment.

workflow and layout are not user friendly. Aesthetically unpleasant for the eye

Easy product to use!

PROS

Ease of use. Easy to find reports, monitor information using the Dashboards. Census is a breeze to process and I like how easy it is to bill!

CONS

At this time there isn't anything I can think of. :)

Best Product for the Industry

PROS

The most important features are the ability to have all documentation in one place that is accessible from anywhere, not just while in the facility and the ability to integrate with other systems like pharmacy, lab, and radiology.

CONS

The only con I see is cost. You have to make the decision to be "all in" because if you decide not to add a new feature due to cost, you will not have all the benefits of the system. Some times it feels like you are getting "nickled and dimed" but it's important to add features as they become available.

Reasons for switching to Senior Living Core Platform

AHT wasn't user friendly and did not have all the features that PointClickCare offered including the ability to create your own forms and tools.
