Point Click Care Senior Living Core Platform works for end users

We use this everyday in over 60 Senior Living facilities. The end users really prefer this product over anything else out there. It has made analyzing the data put into the system easier to use to provide better care.

Pros

This software is very end user friendly. Easy to train and easy for the staff to adapt and learn to use. The ease of gathering and collecting data makes it a win win for users and corporate staff.

Cons

Integration was easy, being a large company the cost of the additional add ons add up for our company. We would like to deploy more features, but we need to be mindful of our budget as well.

Customize Setup

The DOH requires for various licensures that a Plan of Care is created or the ISP. Recently we built an assessment that enables the user to answer questions that will score the Resident's LOC then they select the task from the assessment and personalize. Once the form is locked it pushes over to the billing side service package and also pushes the tasks for scheduling. The buildings now print the ISP. Prior to this they would complete for form, create the tasks and then complete a Word document for the ISP.

Pros

I like the fact you can customize forms and create workflows that will combine several tasks into one easy flow.

Cons

Entering medical professionals needs to be done at the Enterprise level then linked to buildings.

Technology meets Hospitality

The senior living platform allows for clinical and financial to work in tandem. The ability to build and utilize service packages for charging and levels of care. PCC has brought together hospitality and technology.

Pros

The PCC Senior Living Core Platform allows organizations to customize documentation to meet the hospitality approach within the technology.

Cons

It can be difficult to build under the single platform for multiple service lines. In Illinois, there are assisted living and supportive living service lines. Each requiring different things to meet governmental guidelines. In some cases work arounds must be completed to make the system work for both service lines.

Implementation is amazing - the dedicated team for implementing will ensure; the the software is set up exactly to what you need, and you are trained fully before you go-live.

Pros

Point Click Care does everything you need it to! It's easy to use and the company listens to customers and over time makes changes to the software based and user input.

Cons

You can't go wrong! Anything I've encountered that needs changing they have fixed or changed - it might take time but...it happens!
