"One-stop shopping" is always a good thing! The ability to integrate with external vendors increases productivity. Cons: No implementation is easy, no matter which application you choose. It takes time to get everything scheduled and sometimes the time is protracted, and more support is needed. Reasons for choosing Senior Living Core Platform It was at the request of Physicians, for the most part. In addition, one of the first questions that potential employees ask is "what software do you use?" Before we purchased PCC, some didn't come to work for us because we didn't have PCC. If you want to attract and maintain valuable employees, especially in this environment, PCC is the application of choice.
