Workflow and layout are not user friendly. Aesthetically unpleasant for the eye.

The Core package is easy to use and Point Click Care offers excellent assistance in training and support.

There are a lot of functions that we do not use, and sometimes the back-end set-up is difficult - but that should be expected on a complicated product.

The end users really prefer this product over anything else out there. It has made analyzing the data put into the system easier to use to provide better care.

Also, being able to troubleshoot without the help of technical support is amazing. The pulse community is extremely active (timely responses) and super friendly.

We are capturing every aspect of the care we provide daily.

Due to staffing shortages it takes a bit longer to get a hold of customer service. I understand the staffing issues, but an hour wait is a long time.

What I like most is the Ease of use along with the diagnosis list and progress notes. So I can complete therapy reviews.

I enjoy using the platform and it helps me complete my job in a timely manner.

The senior living platform allows  for clinical and financial to work in tandem. The ability to build and utilize service packages for charging and levels of care.

We like the ease of training the software to end users. Also the data being available and the reports make the data easy to find and use.

I like the links within the software, the ability to link progress notes to care plans is a nice tool to utilize when following up/looking into falls.

The ability to personalize many areas to our needs is very helpful.

I like that you can write down how they have been all day. You can note if there has been any changes to that resident that needs to be checked.

The ability to follow up on your own or another colleagues progress note is a wonderful feature. This allows comprehensive charting on key items as it relates to the resident.

Easy to train and easy for the staff to adapt and learn to use. The ease of gathering and collecting data makes it a win win for users and corporate staff.

With the discovery of new features and the updates PCC makes my workflow flow with ease. I am excited for the future and the new features that will hold.

PointClickCare is easy to use and train staff on. PCC works to integrate with many vendors to assist in our daily workflow processes.

The application is easy to use, implement and support.

The organization that I work for implemented PCC more than 4 years ago, but I am new to the platform. So far it has been easy to navigate the basics and build my knowledge base.

The Resource Hub is a great place for anyone to get help, find Product news, Enrollment to live trainings, or connect with other PCC users through the Pulse online Community Portal.

Its ease of use and ability to integrate our SL with our SNFs.

They have been a good company to work with and I have built many relationships with their support team. The support team will go out of their way to make sure you are happy with their product.

We are able to use this software comfortably to ensure that the residents are receiving the best care. Excellent communication with your team.

EASE OF LEARNING, MULTIPLE WAYS TO ENGAGE IN INFORMATION.

This software offers a lot of flexibility to accommodate all the different rules from all of the different Payors out there. Billers find it very easy to use.

The fact that the developer team is always on top of the CMS changes in both the Clinical and Billing areas. I also like the ease of contacting customer support and the quick response times.

I like how easy it is to use. The tech support is great as well and will help you with a smile and kindness.

Overall, I am very pleased with this product, and the vendor is great - top notch customer service, and everyone there is super helpful, responsive, and really listens to our needs.

The most important aspect of any program is to be able to get help when you need it. That is what has pressed me the most.

As with any software product there will be some issues, but Experience Care is also  quick to address any issues or concerns that we have expeditiously.

HAVE NOT HAD ANY SERIOUS PROBLEMS, BUT IF A PROBLEM OCCUR, IT IS FIXED PROMPTLY.

They are quick to respond on any CSR tickets and if they don't have a definitive resolution at that moment, they keep me updated on the progress and that they continue to work on it.

The vendor is very active in seeking out input from their customers, and they actually listen. When there's a feature we want they work hard to incorporate it quickly.

The reimbursement table is hard for me but I think it is more me than the system.

Overall my experience with NetSolutions has been a very good one.

The customer support and engaging leadership have the most open-door approach to listen to their end users and implement change based on input.

Our company has been using it for at least 10 years, and through that we have struggled through some really tough versions that were more bugs than fixes. BUT THAT'S ALL BEHIND US NOW.

The ease of navigation that has been applied over the years with upgrades. The integration with the pharmacy so that physician orders can be electronically sent.
