Pros
- Great customer service from sales to implementation to ongoing support. New features being added on a regular basis and opportunity to provide feedback on future features and changes.
- StoriiCare has given us a good solution to digital care planning and is mostly easy to use and intuitive.
Cons
- At the moment, there is one unfulfilled goal of mine: the potential for activities to be accompanied by linked images, rather than just in separate photo albums.
- So, implementation into our operations cannot be done efficiently, requiring a number of tasks to still be done manually until the required functions can be available in StoriiCare.
Pros
- I like the ease of scheduling, especially the active staffing requirements page. Like the ECC app, the copy and past functionality in the schedules.
- Easy of usage for using scheduling and putting in people.
Cons
- I find it difficult to schedule- when an employee is on vacation or LOA or casual and they don't appear on the weekly schedule so it takes quite a bit of fiddling to get them on the schedule.
- The new update requires you to refresh the page for some major users (i.e. management). Also, there are two apps on mobile which confuses staff and provides the wrong calendar/schedule.
