Pros
- I really enjoy most how self-explanatory the tabs are and there is not much questioning. Understanding what one needs is simple, clear and useful.
- Been using it forever so we know how it works. They are always improving the products, when you get a good customer service person they ar great to work with.
Cons
- The Weblink is clunky looking, though out customers like it. Its really frustrating that you cannot see customer invoices and orders in one place.
- Currently the only thing is the lack of a API integration and sometimes there is a lag when its large amount of data to be exported but that is to be expected.
Pros
- I love that you can add so many different modules or even design your own with some effort but very little cost, for a nonprofit that is great.
- Salesforce is a really great product I loved the tools used and tips to help you create sales and serve better for customers.
Cons
- It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.
- There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.
