Great to have everything in one place. We would like to set up custom made pages for, PO's and other.

We are able to create a library of fabrics, trims etc that have been used so it is easy to see prices, qualities etc for current or future seasons.

It gives us entirely transparency, fewer misunderstandings, emiminate workflow in Excel and improved our efficiency.

That you are not able to delete your own comments and messages if you have made a mistake or something.

Selecting of data or custom fields sometimes can be difficult.

The system is so intuitive to work with for creative people.

Easy overview of prices for the different products. Easy overview of the different suppliers - even when different suppliers are developing same product.

Thing its easy to use after a while, but still think I should have been trained first. Nobody asked ne if I need any help to use it.

Delogue makes you enable to improve your final product by enabling you with easy designs and greater outfit.

It is very easy to use, the customer support. I like the way I have the visualisation of the supply chain,  all users  have an overview right from the beginning.

Delague has made my friend's company growth by enhancing the final product outcome and through good communication channels.

Easy to use, always focus on new features, love the report system, all gathered in one place. More people can keep track on what is going on.

The only thing I can come up with right now is that I miss the possibility to see that our supplier has seen/opened the communication message we send.

It help a lot with the communication and for the company it is a quality system, so that if one of the employee get sick/quit, other can easily find all information need by checking Delogue.

Finally it will improve the productivity. It will manage the communication with both suppliers and customers and the team in one communication channel.

I really love the system and the customer service. I used 3 others PLM in my career and this one is the best out of the box PLM.

Overall I am happy with Delogue, the straight forward way of working and easy to use software makes it very easy to create and develop new garments.

My general experience is positive, but it could be so much better with some small improvements.

As mentioned in what I like most, Delogue has made my job a lot more stress free and made things quicker to get done.

Missing filter function under Dashboard and sample request - So you can filter between suppliers and sample type.

The integration and interface make for a good user experience that is flexible enough to meet most users' needs.

It is a great interface for time tracking, generating part specific costs and reports.

The product is very user friendly and powerful. The APS is a great tool for scheduling.

You can’t move it, either because it’s not the active window. The cut/paste form fill interface is very difficult to decipher and almost impossible to use if you don't have an insert button.

The flexibility to mold it to our specific needs in our plant processes makes my job easier and the company more efficient. The people in Global Shop are so willing to help, they are wonderful.

Also, the support team is absolutely wonderful to deal with and very helpful anytime I have questions on how to better our system.

It's flexible software with continuous upgrades, and they have responsive employees. It's a good, solid company with good values.

The one thing that annoys me the most is limited number of characters that can be used when making a new item number in inventory.

This is an issue for those clocking in and out. Errors messages are a problem.

It is such a great added benefit and has been useful many times when I want to learn different modules and functions.

Supply and Demand with Edit is great. Makes navigation painless and easy as far as the manufacturing side.

It's a great idea, but the user interface is cumbersome to use and less intuitive than a bag of bricks.

Overwriting is GSS’s default action and there is no control-z function to correct any mistake, should you happen to overwrite what was in the field.

My favorite feature is the option to build fully customized modules ourselves and even have the ability to download custom modules made for other customers.

The GS team is great to work with and solves my questions in a very short time. They are a great team to work with.

Their customer support team is also wonderful to deal with and very helpful.

HR management system of Global Shop Solution. Reporting of GSS is well defined.

Most all of the program. If you have a problem in one module, it can affect all the others and make your life miserable.

This product it’s great it helped my company to have a better control of our inventory. Keeping track of it was a lot more work.

The support staff is very friendly and always willing to do what it takes to resolve an issue or point you in the right direction to a new feature/function you may need.

This software allows for company growth. It's a fully integrated solution that is extremely reliable.

What I dislike about this software is the learning required upfront to navigate through this ERP package.

Global Shop has given our company a wonderful infrastructure for cost evaluation and reporting. It is also wonderful at time tracking for employee time on machines, jobs, or process.

The support team is wonderful, I would highly recommend this product.

At first, I'm slightly confused in some features but I figure it out when I watched the tutorials.

It's been great to see all the new features and modern enhancements they have been putting in recently. It does an excellent job tracking our manufacturing costs and getting things scheduled on-time.

It is also excellent at helping identify costing issues and looking at where improvements can be made organization-wide.

The GS system was very helpful in terms of production planning, inventory, capacity and monitoring of the items, status and finished date.

GSS is a complete system with great integration between, manufacturing, accounting, quality and engineering all with great customer support and always with an eye on the future.
