Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Great support and product learning program. The integration with our CRM and overall features/ease-of-use was excellent. It was a pleasure working with their team.

  • User friendly, quick and convenient! I use it everyday and I enjoy how easy it is to use and also train others to use.

  • Cons

  • The email builder works great but does not live up to my requirements. I wish you could get more advanced with designs.

  • It's a little difficult for non professionals to use. However, it a perfect marketing automated software for medium size organizations.

  • Pros

  • The product is customizable and affordable. The customer service is prompt and thorough.

  • Workbooks is quite easy to use and provide a high level of flexibility and control in reporting and configuration

  • Cons

  • The reporting element can be a little overwhelming but the support received is second to none. Other than that it is great!

  • The only area we would like to see improved is Case handling. I think the software could be a little more intuitive and automated when is comes to customer communications.
