The customer service is outstanding. If you have an issue, they are quick to help and very tenacious till everything is solved.

The lack of story publishing for Instagram is also another feature that is missing from AgoraPulse.

The best part is the amazing customer service. They are responsive and generally have a good response for everything - including an idea to workaround if needed.

I can better manage my social marketing with great ease and this saves me lots of time.

However the biggest downer for me are the limited features.

Integrating Agorapulse into our daily routine was seamless and we immediately noticed the improvements in our productivity, creativity, and ability to be more active across all platforms/channels.

I love how easy it is to navigate and use. I have a very hectic schedule and the ease of use of Agora saves me copious amounts of precious time.

I have have continued to have issues with the software and tokens on LinkedIn going bad on scheduled posts with no real explanation why from support.

It's the 2nd company I've converted to Agorapulse and the combination of attractive pricing and eaase to pick up is pretty great.

It's been an exciting journey with Agorapluse, I have been a user of the platform for the last 3 years and its the best platform ever, for me.

I have tried many social media managers and this is the best, it's not the cheapest, but trust me there's a really good reason for that.

Agorapulse is super easy to use and I have enjoyed digging into it to further build out our social media marketing. The reports make it easy to see at a glance how our strategy has improved outreach.

Had good additional functions like contest support and prize winner picker, which we used quite a bit. Now they have monthly social media experiments which is awesome for real truths.

All in all, I can recommend the tool because of its ease of use, the variety of functions and the good price-performance ratio.

I only hope that Instagram makes edits to their API allowing for carousels to be posted through a 3rd party app like Agorapulse.

We love the integration to all fo the Socials and, ease of setting up the various formats and changes needed when posting and scheduling out across multiple profiles and platforms.

The support team is amazing and responsive, overall the system is reliable.

As an agency that specializes in real estate and works with a lot of photos, the inability to rearrange photos once uploaded for a post is a huge time suck for us.

The contenu integration of agorapulse is perfect, i can share everything with facilities.

The inability to respond to ad comments, inability to respond/reply on mobile, and the slight lag and delay when trying to respond via desktop.

So it's  a little bit of struggling with the amount of users we have now.

I love the publish again feature and the reports. There are so many great insights in the reports that help me help my clients.

The odd feature that is not available, but this is usually a restriction by the social media platform and not Agorapulse.

Our administrators love the approvals calendar and love the platform and how easy it is to use.

What I liked the most is the easy way of use it. And the client service is very kind and quick to give an answer when I have a question.

We found Brandfolder to be a cost effective, user friendly and very powerful tool for allowing us to store and share our assets.

The software is always improving and updating and they are always adding new features to Brandfolder. Brandfolder is a great to house all of our company's assets in one centralized location.

A Modern Interface with an Excellent Pricing Model.

The platform has a good tagging function that makes searching for assets very easy. Its so easy to organize our assets and have them quickly available to other members of the team.

Creatives enjoy using it to manage their assets and the integration with Contentful allows it to play nicely with our CMS. The tool works for every stakeholder.

I can share entire brandfolders, selections of creative assets or single assets, which has saved a ton of time.

The have great customer support, the setup was pretty quick and it's easy to make mass edits.

The Brandfolder team is AWESOME. They always have time for you, they respond very quickly and listen to your feedback attentively to make the platform better every time.

So many features, it's a little difficult or confusing on how to implement at the beginning.

I don't have anything that I dislike as an end-user.

As with any software, having a dedicated admin is necessary and a lack thereof can be frustrating.

Superb Cloud-based Digital Asset Management platform with great integration without the learning need, because it’s super easy to use.

Integration went very easily. User friendly interface, access from anywhere.

Any issues I had were taken care of quickly and professionally by the customer service team. It has been super helpful across our agency.

Everything is case sensitive - which leads to our team members creating lots of duplicate tags. It is also a bit of a mess getting your team aligned with tags/labels/sections.

It's great that we can share links to external team members. Not only that, you have the option to download all images or certain ones and you can have different types of images there as well.

I really enjoy the ease of use. Extremely helpful when dealing with customers & trying to help them pinpoint what they need.

The API is intuitive to use and the overall design of the website is great.

The drop box link is NOT INTUITIVE AT ALL. I had to basically transfer all my files to my personal acct and then upload them which was a hassle.

Brandfolder loads very quick, and presents beautifully all assets with their thumbnails in a very visual way.

I like that I am able to find most of the brand documents in this tool. Out most-frequently used docs live in here, and I like that it is easy to share them.

It was easy for me to organize all of my company's assets and customer service has always been fast and very responsive to any question or concern I have had.

Overall 8.5/10 - BF is immensely valuable to our day-to-day work flow. If it a glitch occurs, Brandfolder Support team has always been right there to helps us out.

Sometimes the sorting and resorting when you update files, even with the smallest update, can be confusing for users as they are creatures of habit when looking for files.
