I like that I can log in, choose my campaign, & view the reported results easily. My favorite report feature is the ability to click & re-engage clients with segmentation & suppression lists.

Small Business - But growing faster than my money.

But since the 'bounces' have really interrupted my marketing processes, so I assume that my investment in purchasing email addresses are quite a big waste.

None to mention , but if I did have a complaint I would be the first to voice it.

Too many bounces would stop Big Mailer from sending emails. I am not sure why 'bounces' happen, because I got my email's contact addresses from purchased email's addresses and also some subscribers.

And with the money you save on cost and the money you make on your campaigns, you can take your family and/or significant others out for a nice dinner.

It’s a great value for money email marketing software from Bigmailer.

The only thing I dislike about BigMailer is that they do not make it easy to see how many times a contact opens an email and what they click.

It integrates with Amazon SES. The platform is very intuitive.

The customer support is the best I have ever had. Sensitive content hidden] took over an hour to help me through.

Support goes above any other the cost of getting started is affordable for the small business man to get started.

The software is very user friendly. The support staff reply almost instantly.

Emails are delivering with ease without any issues and have not faced any major issues at any aspect till now. To summarise it has a ton of all essential features required for email marketing.

It is a very robust and easy to use platform. The features are useful and clearly a lot of thought has been put into what is valuable for the end user.

But if there turns to be a lucrative profit, then I will use the paid version of BigMailer. Anyway, the emailing system is quite good.

It's easy to use, has all the important features, including automation. It even has some features that many more expensive tools don't offer, like brands.

It supports automation,  multiple brands and lists, segments. Also, you can target based on location.

Particularly love the email reports section which gives a comprehensive look of the complete campaign. Managing unsubscribes, segments and complaints is pretty easy as well.

Their pricing is fair and reasonable, and they have excellent customer support.

Overall a very positive experience,  they have the best customer support i had ever worked with.

It's ease of use and well thought through software, very low cost, the fact that it integrates individual brands against each SES account, customer service.

Bigmailer not only offers campaigns but also the transaction mails, account emails etc. The APIs make it easier to integrate it with our existing solution.

Our results have really improved and we are looking to grow and make each campaign even better with Big Mailer.

The usability of the entire application is pretty simple. We use it for transaction mails, campaigns, all of it.

We have been using BigMailer for months , and I have to sat it has been a pleasure from day one. Software is fast and intuitive, has good options, easy to setup and use.

Sometimes the emails get lost in spam or are hard to find so people can miss updates. I wish it has a desktop notifications.

Actually I do not have any complaints about the software, it has work greatly. Maybe the only problem would be that you need internet connection.

Trello has lend a great helping hand in organizing my projects and improves my productivity in then professional environment.

I found the software user friendly and I enjoyed the responsive design and easy to understand pricing system. I also liked the familiar Kanban board design.

I liked the ease of use, the interactivity, and the great features that it has, even in the free version.

While you can utilize board histories to access lost cards, I found that too often some of our cards were inadvertently deleted by users.

Everyone in the company can see what is going on and what they need to do, and no information is lost.

Fantastic on mobile which is a brilliant plus especially when on-the-go. Reasonably priced if you want to upgrade to the paid version.

The seamless integration of features. It's so easy to switch between boards, clearly see all projects, and the timeline of all upcoming deadlines thanks to the wonderful (and rare) calendar feature.

I want full functionally for free. I realize how ridiculous that is, but if pressed for a complaint, that's the worst I can come up with.

Very fun and playful feel to it. Love the backgrounds and the ease of dragging from one card to another.

I love the layout, it's the perfect project and task management program. I take advantage of their referral program so I am on the free plan.

I love being able to use this to organize my notes through my phone. Super user friendly and I love that too.

Second beatifull feature is butler that help to create quick button like complete etc. This is an awesome and very effective for team meeting update as anyone from them and update.

Availability of templates shared by community. The tool is so popular that you can get easily get the template if you don't want to start from the scratch.

I love how user friendly it is, super simple to understand and get around. I love that i5 helps organize my tasks.

I wish more of the aesthetic features were not restricted to those who pay a subscription. But that is a very minor complaint.

I did not find a serious con that made me dislike this product. The only negative side I can think of is that, given its structure, it may be hard to envision it as a calendar.

For such a helpful tool, it is pretty simple to navigate. The interface is clean and user friendly for instance there a templates included to help guide users who may not know where to start.

The title says it all, if you like to be organized then this is fantastic software. After using it for a long time I realized that I do NOT like to be organized.

Because the text was automatically all highlighted when clicking on the box, I have accidentally deleted texts from description boxes before and was unable to recover it.

What I like most about Trello is the ability to neatly lay out tasks and share those tasks with other users that have an interest in the progress or users that will also be working on the tasks.
