The segmentation functionally has allowed us to target exactly the customers that we need to reach. In particular by doing dynamic segmentations through their API.

Customer support is also very responsive and ready to set up calls to walk you through the functionality that interests you.

I especially liked the built-in dashboards that allow to monitor the user conversions, analyze the campaign data and find out the winners for each campaign.

I love how it enhances seamless engagement and interaction with our clients from anywhere anytime. It is possible to capture and retain new customers and has a very dedicated customer support team.

The program presents some errors when conducting interviews simultaneously, managing to confuse the resume causing the interview to be delayed a bit.

I really like how through Braze is quite helpful on various Email marketing and the campaign monitoring and also the content management functions are excellent.

It also has an amazing customer support team and a thriving user community on Slack which is active daily with helping each other with various use cases.

Pros: I've been using Braze for quite a while and have found it really useful for the marketing campaigns and communication with users.

Braze's ease of use is by far the best feature of the platform.

One of the most remarkable features of Braze is its powerful customer list segmentation capabilities.

The interface and tools are quite intuitive, and even if you feel a bit confused, detailed documentation is there to help you out.

A purely “marketing” team would have a very hard time utilizing this without some support from their developers up front to get the “plumbing” connected properly.

As a result, Braze is very intuitive: the navigation is easy and makes sense. The surface is very firm, so it is simple to execute strategies effectively and in a thoughtful way.

The fact that you have a limited amount of data points is frustrating. The AI copywriter is cringy and not on point.

We were able to get up to speed fast thanks to the assistance of their onboarding staff, and their customer service is excellent.

The ability to create segments and target specific users is super useful. Tricking the results of campaigns is also straight forward and pretty advanced.

The only disadvantage is that the tool is fairly complicated and it can take time to learn to use Braze properly, it's the tradeoff for robust features.

The canvas flow is excellent. Love the oversight and automation it provides.

What i like best about Braze is how customer support of Braze responds to our issues when you we contact them. Also, it is cost friendly making it affordable to all sizes of companies.

The simple and effective A/B testing Capabilities for marketing campaigns is very easy to use, and offers quick and actionable results with minimal training.

It is the best of the best email marketing tool we have ever used with an excellent interface and very customizable features.

I haven't had any issues with Braze so far. The minor problems and bugs were either quickly addressed by Braze team or resolved on our side.

Great robust platform, easy to use, allows to scale, needs some more features to be perfect.

The UI/UX of the platform is similar to other giant ad managers which made it easy for me to adapt quickly. Campaign management and reporting features were easy to learn without any guidance.

Their customer service team so amazing and responsive and we have really learnt great lessons from them, making have huge knowledge on how to manage and enhance customer engagement practices.

Spacing and font sizes become distorted if you dont work directly within the template guidelines. Connected content is difficult to edit if you don't have engineering support.

We can track our marketing progress on more than one channel. A clean and intuitive interface to use.

Its a super simple product to use and has a lot of functionality to improve segmentation and personalisation with ease.

The Android SDK sometimes crashes, and they don't give priority to client problems, there was a time out production product start crashing a lot because of Braze problems.

The experience is great, support team works perfectly, always quick to react and solve any issue. Braze is really user friendly, I just wish they will make the UI a bit more simple.

I love Appboy interface and its features. With Appboy we can create personalized campaigns which strengthen our Brand and customer relationships.

I love that you can add so many different modules or even design your own with some effort but very little cost, for a nonprofit that is great.

It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.

Salesforce is the best customer relationship management tool in the market right now. The best thing I like about this software is the features.

There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.

I love using Salesforce. It is very user friendly and helps me be able to track my progress and create a clean pipeline.

Ref IDs are my biggest pet peeve, they don't always work and I've lost emails this way from clients. This leads to a bad consumer experience for everyone involved.

Ease of use and works great for small (that's us) or large companies it blends well with other programs is customizable and tracking is good,  reach out is also very easy to use.

Overall Salesforce is great and can integrate with hundreds of other platforms which makes it an amazing tool to use company wide, not just for sales.

Like I stated before, I was happy about the switch to Salesforce Lightning, but it has turned out to be great. I like that my emails and Talkdesk are integrated into Salesforce as well.

My team members use it in delivering great sales and customer service experience and it has been a great help for all of us.

Salesgirce is very effective when it comes to tracking the progress of each case within my organization, great tutorials to get you started and very easy to navigate through cases and serial numbers.

I like the fact that Salesforce is very flexible and customizable to my taste. It is very user friendly and the functionality is superb.

Salesforce has a lot of capabilities, it covers everything. The leads section was nice, and it was great to be able to create your own sections.

Overall, I'd strongly recommend this app because it has a very good system for coordinating corporate operation, it's very easy to use, the navigation could be improved, and the load time is fast.

So popular and so powerful for small business  is contact management, task management, opportunity tracking, collaboration tools, customer engagement tools. Flexible and easy  to use.

The integration with gmail is awesome. Being able to automatically log emails to the appropriate account instantly is such a nice feature.

I like that this platform is easy (for the most part) to use. I also find that the customer support is amazing and always willing to help.

It's also supported by awesome community and the best documentation/support in the business. The Trailblazer community leads the tech industry in training and documentation.

I hate that I have to refresh every thing but I'll deal with it for some of the other options.
