Makes life easier
Cyberimpact is easy to use and the customer service is quick and responsive when I need help!
PROSIt's easy to manage email lists and book out full email campaigns so I don't have to think about it once it's done. I love using the templates to quickly make our regular mailings
CONSThe thing I liked the least was not having a built-in spell check. But thanks to the help chat, I was told to add a Chrome extension that does the job perfectly - saving me lots of back and forth for minor typos etc.
Vendor Response
Hi Kelsey, thanks for your constructive comment!

Great mailing platform for every budget
For all problems and questions, the customer service team is highly responsive through their online chat on top of having an extensive FAQ.
PROSFrom the various templates to the intricate automations, this mailing platform is complete. Plus, the CyberImpact customer service is outstanding! The different plans are clear and easy to choose from, and they make it easy to downgrade plan or even go back to a free plan without having to contact the customer service team.
CONSThe platform doesn’t easily let you send one-of. For example, if you would like to send a previous mailing to only one contact you just added, you can’t simply do that without going through the creation of a new contact group.
Reasons for switching to Cyberimpact
Cheaper, as efficient and locally owned (Canadian company)

CyberImpact - pretty good, but not as intuitive as other softwares
I find it pretty easy to use and manage contact lists
CONSIt's not as intuitive as other softwares. It should be easier to move things around within templates, customize templates to look more on-brand and unique, the clicking and dragging is questionable (often loses what you're dragging), and creating buttons should be easier.
Reason for choosing Cyberimpact
CyberImpact was chosen based on our organization's security standards.

Cyberimpact
The customer support is fantastic. Quick and informative responses. I used MailChimp and Constant Contact at my previous institution, and I prefer Constant Contact by far. The analytics were much more robust and it was way easier to edit. They had a heat map feature for analytics that showed where people were spending the most time/or the highest clicks. That was really interesting and informative to see.
PROSCustomer service. The option to have other accounts/users nested under a main account.
CONSI find CyberImpact clunky and frustrating to use at times. I wish the editing process was smoother. The "undo" keyboard shortcut is temperamental, and some formatting options are also finicky. I also wish there was a way to include the subject line and preview within the draft itself, rather than needing to click "continue" to do so.
Reason for choosing Cyberimpact
We needed a Canadian company.
