I like the fact that it was a local program (although you can store your stuff on the cloud) and the ease of use. I've tried the online stuff and it's okay but I needed a bit more.

Forget MailChimp or others, where you pay a lot when your mail lists grow.

The email design is really easy and simple with some great free templates built in while still giving you flexibility should you need it to customer deeper.

Great product for the price. We use Direct Mail to manage our customer base for two separate target audiences.

Great for basic emailing and if don't need modern automation, ecommerce, etc. needs.

Having used Direct Mail for many years I can attest to the effort put into keeping it fresh. The customer support is outstanding.

If you knoow what you're doing - DirectMail is the best.

The quality of the interface, compared with a comprehensive selection of templated.

You have to pay them to send using your SMTP, which is fine, but as soon as you offend their very strict rules they disable the whole part of the sending process, meaning the softwares useless.

The software is very straightforward and easy to use and immediate feedback on campaigns.

I have maintained various mailing lists and mailings over the years and DirectMail has always been the perfect tool for me.

Easy and produces excellent direct mail campaigns. In this day with it being more difficult to be in person, DM is the ideal way to reach your clients with updates and services.

I bought Direct Mail years ago and it continues to impress me with its functionality, ease of use and clean look & feel.

The only, minor issue, is that you always have to check the sender email. There are no other issues, as far as I can notice.

Overall the experience I've had has been wonderful. I also use Daylite in my business and Direct Mail integrates with this program which is such a time saver.

Integration and ease of use, great software for Mac.

We update their campaigns on a regular basis and with Direct Mail's excellent interface I can adapt and amend things very quickly.

Easy to use, works well, they continually update. Software is free if you use their servers, and they have reasonable pricing tiers.

Easy to produce basic email content using good looking templates.

The emails are very easy to configure and again you can use your own graphics. You can reuse and build upon a previous email.

Overall, is a super great  tool to manage regular advertising  emailing campaigns and periodically newsletters, but will find trouble if need integration with ecommerce or automation tools.

Need to cut an paste image to content area then can change.

Now that I am retired and I only use the app to organize my monthly dinner parties, it has scaled down nicely and is still the perfect tool.

Graphic and html easy switching and simple to use to achieve great looking emails. Free and affordable subscription or pay per  mail plans.

Sometimes we have OPT-In list but recipients clicked on Spam Complaints. We use filters to be sure that recipients are OK.

Ease of use and reliability. Editing and reporting very satisfactory (but in very few cases, read messages do not appear as read).

Totally, understand why and the reasoning for this. I am aware the industry is traditionally squirley about spam reporting.

The software is easy to use and is being updated to add more features at a regular pace.

It is just so user-friendly and intuitive. The reports are great and you can see exactly what responses and view you are getting.

I really like this software because it allows me to send bulk emails as if they are coming personalized from me and not a marketing piece.

Excellent, this is so much easier to use than Mail Chimp.

Reporting is limited, there aren't enough ways to compare and contrast. Very hard to export reports and data in bulk.

It was great that I could figure into the cost the exact amount I would need for that project's budget.

How easy it is to use and to access. Love that you can pre-generate templates and It shows who has opened and read the messages.

No real cons, but setting up the intake of contacts was a little difficult.

Correcting spelling errors does not work well.

It has really been helpful in aiding our communication with all the residents at our apartment community. The residents have been very happy with our quick responses to their inquiries.

It is user friendly and being able to go back to the history. I also love that it sends a text as well as an email.

I really enjoy using the Connect product. It allows us to quickly communicate via text and email to our over 500 apartments.

I don't know that there is anything I have bad to say.

So easy to use and the ability to send a text/email to many without it being on a group reply is fantastic.

The software is very user friendly. Customer service is always great as well.

The ease of being able to connect with the tenants in my complex is great.

I can't say there is anything about this product I don't like.

I love the new upgraded system that we just got. Being able to text residents and prospect really helps communication.

I love to message my future, current, and former residents with ease through the Chat/Texting page since I can see who has unsubscribed and has given me invalid phone numbers and addresses.

I love that this software gives me the ability to select what users I want to send a notification to, whether its prospects, residents or certain groups, I don't have to select all.

I genuinely don't think I have anything bad to say about Notifii.

You have to look up former residents in the search bar because there is no option for former residents under the Contact page.

Very happy with the product. I use this daily to communicate with my residents.

I love how easy it is to use. It helps to be able to go back to past correspondence with residents and reuse it.
