  • Echobox is a very useful tool that allows you to save costs in social networks thanks to its algorithm. Its artificial intelligence manages the best moments to spread your content.
  • The best part about this software is the concept of AB testing. This feature is very useful and helps you to see how your contents are performing.
  • Cons

  • The only thing missing is the possibility to have an app in order to use via iphone.
  • We learned that the hard way. Since we were one of the earlier customers, we got on the tool without any formal training and quickly became frustrated with it.

  • You get alot of text messages in each bundle. It is a cost effective solution for a small organization like ours.
  • It's simple to use and a easy solution for mass text marketing. Great for keeping our guests and member up-to-date on events and sales.
  • Cons

  • The inability to export our lists. It's a feature that textedly needs to add with the way that campaigns are shaped today.
  • It is virtually impossible to cancel the service. You can never talk to anyone you are limited to the chat or email only for support.
