Discovered an amazing email finder that revolutionized how I do business prospecting.

What I love most about it is it's simplicity in usage. The suggestions are top notch, and I must give kudos to the developers of this great tool.

The feature I like most is how well it integrates with LinkedIn.

The most critical for me is its ability to manage ny prospects, their contact emails and its easy integration with my way of working.

Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.

It's a good product, easy to use and learn, and made me very productive.

Very easy to use, intuitive, seamless. The leads list export function is excellent, and has helped with marketing to those who I have already qualified via LinkedIn.

The ease of use, and the fact that it does something for a lesser price than other companies.

Whilst it can't be helped, I'd say it's about 70-80% accurate. Of course this is a high number, just can be frustrating to pay for something that sometimes doesn't work for a 'golden lead.

Awesome tool, specifically the extension to connect to my LinkedIn account. Was extremely easy to use, and I was able to grab some really good leads from it.

It's a great tool if you working on an outreach campaign. It gives you the email addresses of the desired profiles from LinkedIn as well as you can find who is there in the company from its website.

Ease of use, most e-mails are accurate (even the unverified ones), the software doesn't look for e-mail addresses it has already found.

I just regret that my trial period ended. But I'm considering going Pro.

Alot of emails are missed so I had to search for them by myself.

The software has a clean chrome extension that integrates with your LinkedIn seamlessly. It is a game changer to find quality leads for your business.

If you didn't have many prospects to find their email address, you might be wasting your subscription because the usage counter resets every month whether you have a subscription or not.

The software is very easy to use. Above everything, its 100 leads/searches per month is so helpful for us who are just starting out our pursuits in business to business and business to consumer field.

Inability to archive easily or export companies.

Sometimes the emails are outdated- Sometimes it's Chrome extension lags.

It has significant drawbacks and limitations in certain countries. For example, in Spain, it gives worse results, probably, because people use middle names.

GetProspect is a great tool that provides what I need at a substantially reduced cost based on what other products/services provide.

I love that you can add so many different modules or even design your own with some effort but very little cost, for a nonprofit that is great.

It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.

Salesforce is the best customer relationship management tool in the market right now. The best thing I like about this software is the features.

There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.

I love using Salesforce. It is very user friendly and helps me be able to track my progress and create a clean pipeline.

Ref IDs are my biggest pet peeve, they don't always work and I've lost emails this way from clients. This leads to a bad consumer experience for everyone involved.

Ease of use and works great for small (that's us) or large companies it blends well with other programs is customizable and tracking is good,  reach out is also very easy to use.

If you could get the innovative nature of Salesforce to your business you would get amazing talent collection to your organizations.

Overall Salesforce is great and can integrate with hundreds of other platforms which makes it an amazing tool to use company wide, not just for sales.

Like I stated before, I was happy about the switch to Salesforce Lightning, but it has turned out to be great. I like that my emails and Talkdesk are integrated into Salesforce as well.

My team members use it in delivering great sales and customer service experience and it has been a great help for all of us.

Salesgirce is very effective when it comes to tracking the progress of each case within my organization, great tutorials to get you started and very easy to navigate through cases and serial numbers.

I like the fact that Salesforce is very flexible and customizable to my taste. It is very user friendly and the functionality is superb.

Salesforce has a lot of capabilities, it covers everything. The leads section was nice, and it was great to be able to create your own sections.

So popular and so powerful for small business  is contact management, task management, opportunity tracking, collaboration tools, customer engagement tools. Flexible and easy  to use.

The integration with gmail is awesome. Being able to automatically log emails to the appropriate account instantly is such a nice feature.

I like that this platform is easy (for the most part) to use. I also find that the customer support is amazing and always willing to help.

It's also supported by awesome community and the best documentation/support in the business. The Trailblazer community leads the tech industry in training and documentation.

I hate that I have to refresh every thing but I'll deal with it for some of the other options.
