Nothing, I am new to GR so alot of my problems are more about me being new to it, than anything wrong with the software.

No direct API as of yet between Greenrope software and my ticketing platform (not TM or Pac), though they do have APIs with other providers.

Customer service is outstanding and they respond quickly. If not for the support team i would probably shop around for another system.

Sometimes the character indicator is wrong...it indicates a minimum or maximum account but then it doesn't recognize it and gives an error. Not a huge problem but it is an issue sometimes.

A little unintuitive in terms of the operation. Still is a little difficult to extract detailed member management information for sales people.

The email templates and tracking capabilities are the features that I have used and like most. Its great to be able to quickly see who has responded and what they responded to.

My team appreciates operating from one dashboard and the reduction in manual processes (and follow up from me:) around day to day customer service and project management.

Sometimes the emails get lost in spam or are hard to find so people can miss updates. I wish it has a desktop notifications.

Actually I do not have any complaints about the software, it has work greatly. Maybe the only problem would be that you need internet connection.

I wish more of the aesthetic features were not restricted to those who pay a subscription. But that is a very minor complaint.

I did not find a serious con that made me dislike this product. The only negative side I can think of is that, given its structure, it may be hard to envision it as a calendar.

For such a helpful tool, it is pretty simple to navigate. The interface is clean and user friendly for instance there a templates included to help guide users who may not know where to start.

The title says it all, if you like to be organized then this is fantastic software. After using it for a long time I realized that I do NOT like to be organized.

Because the text was automatically all highlighted when clicking on the box, I have accidentally deleted texts from description boxes before and was unable to recover it.

What I like most about Trello is the ability to neatly lay out tasks and share those tasks with other users that have an interest in the progress or users that will also be working on the tasks.
