Unlike other tools, you have the ability to generate new fresh prospects as needed, a functionality that is usually reserved for more expensive tools. Setting up templates and creating sequences is easy and fast, and navigating to what you need is easy with the built in filters. Perfect tool for growing small to medium businesses, and it's value priced. #### Cons Although a tremendous overall platform for the investment, there are a few kinks that need attention. The reporting and analytics are sufficient, but could be better. When transferring prospects from one campaign to the next, there is a limit of 100 at a time to avoid bogging down the platform which can become cumbersome. They also have some limitations when you need to remove prospects completely, for example if the prospect is geographically tied to only one product and you don't want them in your other campaigns. And the support team has been quick to reply to questions or issues. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 3/5 - Value for money: 2/5 - Customer support: 4/5 - Functionality: 4/5 #### Pros Starting from nothing is relatively straightforward and fast. You can build a campaign, find potential recipients, and get a sequence going relatively quickly. And, basic details about campaign quality are easy and clear to find. #### Cons A/B testing performance is not clear. The software has some issues when creating new campaigns with multiple templates in use. Creating new emails based off old emails or campaigns is not as easy and intuitive as it should be. Also, would be ideal if the system better integrated into CRMs to grab recipient data. Finally, I do get a relatively decent number of bounce backs and failed deliveries that do not seem to line-up with returned credits. #### Vendor response Hi Zach! They set up our first campaign for us, took us through all the dos-and-don’ts, and found us success with email campaigns that work. Since then, we’ve been able to set up effective campaigns easily with high-quality prospects on our own. And I think that is invaluable to any marketing team. Growbots may be a little expensive, but the ease of high-quality prospecting, writing emails, and creating campaigns – all in a single workflow, is invaluable. I'd say it has been reasonably good. I've also used Outreach which did feel a little "richer" in some ways, but it was also a longer learning curve. I'm not sure if I picked-up Growbots because it's easier to learn or because I had already learned Outreach. It is easier to do than in spreadsheets, and when the company name is changed, it does it for all the prospects at once. #### Cons I can't click on an account and see all the prospects in it, or all the prospects from an account within a campaign. A built-in dialer would also be very helpful. A little confusion on what "qualified" meant. Didn't know that it would pause the prospects in the campaign. A "qualified" prospect could technically (by the definition of the word) be 'qualified' even before any contact is made. #### Reasons for switching to Growbots Our leader made a budget decision. #### Vendor response Hello Landon!
