Retention Software on Steroids

We’ve seen a marked improvement in our KPIs with iwinBACK’s marketing automation tools. In particular, we value the behavioral insights, real time reporting, budget breakdowns by channel, easy AB testing and the level of dedication we have experienced from their management and tech teams. These guys know their stuff!

Very good software.

PROS

IWb is better than other software like mailgenesis or mmd. In terms of turn around time, it's help a lot.IWb provide unique features like journeys, Dynamic content, short links, features like dynamic template and API facility.

CONS

1. Automated emails like new registration user or welcome email are not available, using an API is compulsory.2. Sending a small group of email test is not available as well, to do that, a journey have to be created

Feedback on IWB

It's delivery rate is more interesting and statistics are more appropriate.

PROS

I find the Journeys system and AB testing interesting.

CONS

There are few times the system is slow.Email automated is not integrated we have to go through API.There are no option to send test email in a group, it is one by one.
