It's been great, overall for the price I'd say its well worth it.

I wouldn't recommend this app to my worst enemy unless I was trying to waste his time. It has a ton of potential but is so inconsistent.

The results are fantastic and it finds data like email, name, address etc with high accuracy. After running the emails through various email scrubbers the rates of invalids have been quite low.

Both are excellent in helping me gain a better understanding of what businesses are in my market area. The Business version is a huge help by digging deeper.

The support then became rude. App devs ... if you have a customer willing to work with you to fix your bugs, do it.

Finds lots of leads quickly. Recovers a great deal of very useful information.

We've been using  this for almost a year and I highly recommended it if you are looking for a cost effective lead scraping tool.

The Mac Version, the opening screen where you pick your audience to harvest, is very small, and you have to drag the screen to actually see the forms that need to be filled.

When I run multiple cities, and one of those cities is a large city, the software wil sometimes crash. I avoid that issue by running major cities on their own, but combining lookup by mulitple cities.

This is one of the most powerful lead scraping tools I have used (and I have access to many). Features like bulk import of locations and areas instead of individually scraping makes this a powerhouse.

Lead Scrape is a great way to scrape emails from LinkedIn and google Maps. Installation is very simple and straightforward.

I have used Leadscrape for 2 years now and found it to be a great tool, especially when used in combination with other inexpensive lead software.

I've tried a lot of lead scraping software in the past, but this is most certainly the best one, and is also priced at a very reasonable level.

What I like most about the software is you can target a certain area instead of looking at a broad range.

I'm really enjoying using Leadscrape Business version, it's proving to be a great service.

No real cons, but setting up the intake of contacts was a little difficult.

I really enjoy using the Connect product. It allows us to quickly communicate via text and email to our over 500 apartments.

I don't know that there is anything I have bad to say.

So easy to use and the ability to send a text/email to many without it being on a group reply is fantastic.

I love that this software gives me the ability to select what users I want to send a notification to, whether its prospects, residents or certain groups, I don't have to select all.

I genuinely don't think I have anything bad to say about Notifii.

You have to look up former residents in the search bar because there is no option for former residents under the Contact page.

Very happy with the product. I use this daily to communicate with my residents.

I love how easy it is to use. It helps to be able to go back to past correspondence with residents and reuse it.
