Lead Sigma-New Patient-Smile Doctors

So many great things to say about our partnership with Lead Sigma. Being able to manage our leads in such an organized and timely manner, changed life as we know it. Having the ability to convert leads through text message opens new doors for our team. It is very calming to be able to pull reporting with just a click of a button. Not only is the Software a breeze to manage, but the customer service is next level. Lead Sigma provides us with many features to ensure we are providing our patients with the best experience possible.

I don't even call them a vendor, they are our PARTNERS. I couldn't recommend this company more.

Best service ever in a partner. I have dealt with many vendors over the years, and I'm always happy to speak to them. They are thorough, going the extra mile every single time. I cannot say enough great things about this product/service/software/team.

PROS

The willingness to take on any challenge, custom solutions every time. The reporting is great, and the team is beyond 5-stars. They have to hear me praise them every meeting we have. As we scale, we will always be acquiring practices that are specialty, have their own processes and expectations, and need to be assisted with a solution that is proven to work. LeadSigma helps these practices create conversions while we manage hundreds of practices at-scale. Helps the practices not only be heard, but their needs met as well. For these practices, and their very specific needs, Leadsigma has taken the monitoring and practice interaction almost entirely themselves, then clearly reports it back to us. Additionally, it's nearly hands off, extraordinarily flexible and willing to meet custom needs, extremely easy to reach and communicate with. The LeadSigma team has been absolutely incredible with meeting the specific needs we have discussed for practices with particular marketing needs. On top of all this, they don't cost our practices much, ESPECIALLY for the high value we get in this partnership.

CONS

I could sit here all day and try to find something bad to say, and I can't think of a single thing or piece of constructive criticism.

Something To Smile About

PROS

LeadSigma has improved our business and changed the way we organize, follow and manage potential new patients. LeadSigma is an amazing addition to our orthodontic business and is helping us grow. Since we started using LeadSigma we increased the number of patients starting treatment and we are seeing the results! The product is easy to use and integrated seamlessly into our business. The product is robust, customizable and many features are automated. The dashboard keeps our team smiling and on track and we love being Lead Champions!

CONS

LeadSigma integrated well into our orthodontic business and a potential patient is never lost. New patients and the task list are always there waiting for us. During a busy day it can be challenging to complete our tasks. However, helping people have beautiful smiles is our priority and our team will never go back to spreadsheets and papers!

Love using Lead Sigma for our Orthodontic Practice

The application and team is nothing short of amazing & supportive. They truly care about your success.

Being able to attend to each and every lead that comes in and engaging with them in a very fast and efficient manner. The automation element is also wonderful.

I wish they had a mobile app for being able to use on the go

LeadSigma is a Game Changer

Being able to have multiple people at different sites work our leads list has been amazing. We used to really struggle with that prior to LeadSigma.

PROS

It is easy to use and allows for immediate follow up on leads. The automation and tracking capabilities have really allowed us to level up our lead follow up.

CONS

I don't have any negatives really. I've been super impressed to see how well LeadSigma works with my team to solve any issues as they come up and is constantly innovating.

The ability to have a lead come in and then a call to our office that allowed us to be immediately connected with the lead.

LeadSigma keeps your clients engaged!

Their customer service is excellent. The product is doing what we expected. We expect to close higher rates, as a result.

PROS

We love the fact that text messaging gets in front of the opportunity within seconds. Our response rates have improved 30%.

CONS

Would like to see some development around customizing hours of operation alerts, and sequences sent out for after hours submissions. Would like to also see changes in the email communication.
