- It is powerful and customizable. It is capable of nuance and automation.
- I also really like that you can use formulas--from simple to complex--to generate targeted ask strings for constituents in emails and donation forms. And that is the best thing about Luminate Online.

- Small snags in integration and imperfections in the product become sore points after a while, and the only way to overcome them is to have some serious web-developing firepower at your command.
- The things I dislike are. It takes a very long time to learn how to use it well.
Pros
- I like the Instant Meeting function the most. It is so easy to invite a colleague to join a meeting quickly, which really improves the efficiency.
- I was very happy with the customer service we received as we were deciding to upgrade our account, and I love that I can use it on my phone but also as an app on my computer.
Cons
- This could be very frustrating as some attendees are disruptive whether that is on purpose or not. This makes it very hard for some people to learn and to teach etc.
- I think we were so overwhelmed by the zoom at this bad time that there is nothing to worry about.
