This is a new application for my firm and we are just getting up and running. So far so good.

PROS

Ease of use and excellent back room support along with thorough training have combined to make this an overall good experience.

CONS

The expense vs. ROI is still yet to be determined. We believe that this investment will pay off in the long run however.

Sales Cloud is decent, but there can be improvements

Overall, I would not use this again. Unless your needs match what the software offers (do your research!!!), then I would stay away from this. It is okay.

PROS

This product does have significant functionalities that can be utilize to service my business, and handle customer service operation. Additionally, there are many partners that understand the tool, and there is a good consulting partnership.

CONS

This product is very expensive, so keep that in mind. It is additionally hard to utilize this software compared to other platforms. Unless you're completely certain about the needs of your project, be wary because this software will require a lot of internal change in terms of management inside the company.
