Efficient and Easy to Use Tool

The setup was quick, taking us only a few minutes to get it up and running. Like many similar tools, it follows the Kanban framework, deals are moved from one lane to another. This concept is familiar to most, making it highly effective for numerous use cases. After comparing various tools, we were particularly drawn to the simplicity of Meow, that’s why we selected it for our sales team. So far, we are happy using it.

PROS

The strength of this open-source sales management is the simplicity and effectiveness. It streamlines the entire process, making lead tracking almost effortless - a feature that startups greatly benefit from. I highly recommend it. The integration with Slack is also commendable, as it allows you to ask a variety of questions, including sales forecasts, directly through the app.

CONS

Overall there is nothing we really missed. There could be more options to export accounts, and it could have offered more integrations into email campaigning tools.

Reasons for switching to Meow

Our previous solution proved to be rather complex and unintuitive, especially for onboarding new team members. We were in search of a tool that required no additional training, enabling our new hires to focus on customer service and sales, rather than struggling with the tool itself.

The perfect minimalist sales funnel!

Our team loved because it does that it supposed to do: Sales Forecasting. It is much better than our old process we used to have.

PROS

This free, open-source sales funnel management tool is a game-changer! It's simple to use yet incredibly effective. I love how it streamlines the entire process, helping me track leads effortlessly. It's a must-have for small startups with a demanding sales team!

CONS

lack of integration options - It would be even more powerful if it could seamlessly integrate with other tools like Slack to receive notifications when an Opp chances the state.

Reasons for switching to Meow

Using Sheets was error prone, and it was hard to have an overview of the business.
