  • Pros

  • The Method team has been so helpful in our transition to this CRM software. They have helped to streamline our business.
  • I liked the low cost and the clean interface that all looked much nicer than what we had been using. I really liked how tightly it could integrate with QuickBooks Online which saved us a lot of time.
  • Cons

  • Some confusion in what applications involve extra monthly cost. Some difficulty personalizing different views.
  • No current integration with Voice over IP phone systems.

  • I like the Instant Meeting function the most. It is so easy to invite a colleague to join a meeting quickly, which really improves the efficiency.
  • I was very happy with the customer service we received as we were deciding to upgrade our account, and I love that I can use it on my phone but also as an app on my computer.
  • Cons

  • This could be very frustrating as some attendees are disruptive whether that is on purpose or not. This makes it very hard for some people to learn and to teach etc.
  • I think we were so overwhelmed by the zoom at this bad time that there is nothing to worry about.
