We've been really impressed with the Octane11 tool and the team behind it, to the point we are looking at expanding the number of clients where we're using the platform.

We love having Octane11 as an out-of-the-box tool to consolidate marketing data across marketing channels. It means our team is spending less time exporting and consolidating data, and more time analyzing & optimizing our programming. We're able to quickly demonstrate the ROI of our efforts across the funnel & offer up intelligence to sales.

- We've found some gaps in the platform, e.g. understanding which content accounts are engaging with outside of the website and being able to filter by country. - Because there are so many views and so much data in the system, there can be a steep learning curve to figuring out the platform. That said, the Octane11 team is quick to answer questions and offer assistance.

More filters for ad groups, easier integration with The Trade Desk on the cost front, quicker load time

Ability to see everything in a single glance and single snapshot

Certain features and certain views are not shareable which puts constraints in our ability explore more or even have a seamless experience with the client

Great partners to work with. in my experience they have highlighted various blind spots that would have taken a long time to identify through manual paths.

Not really a problem with them, but with any aggregator, the integrity of the data will be dependent on teams adherence to working with connected systems in a uniform way. Will require rigid sales management to fully leverage this powerful tool!

It's been great! The support team is always super responsive and helpful when walking through the platform and available on Slack if any questions come up.

Being able to filter by the targeting account lists that were uploaded at the beginning of the Campaign which made it really easy to pull top performing accounts that the client requests in their Monthly reporting. The Customer Support team was also always responsive and the external Slack channel helped when reaching out on quick questions!

The implementation process for The Trade Desk took longer than anticipated and needing the REDS feed caused a delay in the client reporting which switching DSPs due to MediaMath no longer being available.
