First time I've ever been "ghosted" by a vendor

We originally signed with Pidgi in September, and by January the number of leads identified by their platform was down to 1 or 2 per month. In February, we got nothing. Nothing again in March. After 2 months of getting no leads, I reached out to one of the [sensitive content hidden], who advised they had turned over a significant portion of their engineers, as well as [sensitive content hidden], and that much of their platform needed to be re-built. It was advised that the process to get the product working again would take 4-6 weeks. Instead of 4-6 weeks, it was 3 months before they had anything resembling a working product again. So 5+ months with no business value. We tried to be good business partners while they were re-building. We manually pulled and sent over data sets, went through scoping calls, and went through onboarding/implementation again. At the end, their data was almost entirely reliant on our contacts having Public LinkedIn profiles, which was totally unacceptable and not as promised.I met with the [sensitive content hidden] to discuss compensation. I didn't even ask for all our money back; just 50% to cover the excessive downtime. He advised the request was reasonable and shouldn't be a problem. We never heard from him again, and he didn't respond to multiple follow ups. Buyer beware.

PROS

It worked great for 3-4 months. The lead data was pretty good, and the pass-through to Salesforce was exactly as desired.

CONS

Data is highly reliant on public LinkedIn profiles. Extremely poor SFDC connection that didn't work for several months. Poor communication. Broken promises. Terrible support.

Reason for choosing Pidgi

We chose Pidgi because they would work with us on price; many providers price based on thousands of users being tracked. We were looking to track about 800.
