There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.

I love using Salesforce. It is very user friendly and helps me be able to track my progress and create a clean pipeline.

Ref IDs are my biggest pet peeve, they don't always work and I've lost emails this way from clients. This leads to a bad consumer experience for everyone involved.

The layout is good and so was the suggestions on things to do to rank better. It also has content idea suggestions like buzzsumo.

Backlink section of the dashboard is slow and difficult to use.

Once interfaced with Chrome, it will work independently for your searches. It's always an awesome tool.

There is a bit of a learning curve when you first start using it, and it was a little frustrating at the start.

Overall I’m very pleased with Ubersuggest and think it’s a great SEO software for the value. It’s a fraction of the cost of other software.

Lately, they acquired AnswerThePublic and added its feature inside. And the last, their support team is always very helpful, which is important for a beginner who wants to get started with SEO.

So far, I have explored most of the features on Ubersuggest, and if I can ask for a plus, I'd appreciate an automatic tracker that alerts me of my SEO rankings and progress.
