It is super easy to use. I love the auto-population of feed/conversations and integration of calendar changes into convo feeds

Cons

Some core features are still in the making. Early version of product. Sometimes feels more complicated than it should Also too salesman oriented, should keep features more usecase agnostic

Pros

It works amazing for my company. There are so many aspects of it that I love. The ability to write comments on what's happening with my client at each stage. The ability to set task to call the client at the appropriate times without having to remember a thing.

Cons

There are different glitches every week. I wish there were improvements being made to make the software more technologically advanced. I wish that there was a way to customize the contacts field to meet my needs.
